STM32CubeMX generate code in keil5 ,when project into debug environment ,why no periphral register window?

For what processor and board are you seeing this issue?

Can't say I'm using CubeMX, but the HAL examples build, and I can navigate to peripheral views, was doing it with L4 parts today.

In Keil uV5 double check the Target CPU selection, and make sure the associated packs are loaded and used by the project.
