[bug-report] 5.0.0 cant see network shares (and the new GUI is terrible!)

Under Windows 10, im finding that CubeMX cant see windows network shares/drives.

This is a huge problem as my company keeps all project files on shared network drives.

Please get this fixed!

Also... the new GUI/layout in 5.0.0 is terrible!

Why is there this trend to make all GUI objects/fonts huge, smoothed, slow-moving, etc?

We are engineers, not primary school students. The GUI should be compact, plain, simple and snappy. 5.0.0 is none of those things.

It's a backwards step.

I don’t know why they didn’t write it properly and use Qt so that it’s a real application that runs on all platforms rather than this java piece of junk.

Agreed. Every Java GUI app ive ever used has been terrible.

Pre-v5.0.0 were usable, but this 5.0.0 is going to drive me crazy.
