Bug STM32CubeMX v 4.20.1 and RTC

Hi to all i use STM32CubeMX to configure STM32NucleOL152RE and i use IAR, in old version all work well,

now i create easy program for toggel led every tree minutes, but don't work.

i see the system don't configure the sAlarm.AlarmMask.

I attach the my ioc file and the main.c
