CubeMX deletes src directory.

I recently upgraded from CubeMX 4.25.1 to 4.26.1. It deletes the src directory. I'm generating for an STM32F407 MCU to be used with the SW4STM32 toolchain with the Generate Under Root option selected.

See occasional reports of destructive behaviour, hopefully you backed up any critical data/changes.

CubeMX 4.26.1 will do the same thing if you ever change the Project Settings. I've learned the hard way to commit *and push* all of my changes before doing anything with the Cube.
