Facing basic problems with cubemx

Hi,

i am facing some basic problem while working with cubmx. i had used cubemx earlier and it was working fine.

after month i again started using it, i am facing problem.

before month i configured usb, uart and adc as well it was working and now even led is not blinking.

please help me with this what am i missing.

attached is the configurations.

Make sure not to disable the JTAG/SWD debugger.

Use the Debugger to *understand* what is actually happening on your board/part
