Could you tell me how to get some samples of STM32F103C8T6 in STM32CubeIDE?

Availability of parts/samples about ZERO at this point.

Software Examples, perhaps look in the CubeF1 download/repository, should be buildable projects in there. F1 parts are very old, and not a priority, they may not be strong driver to convert to .IOC based projects. Most would have be hand coded by engineers.
