STM32CubeMX Generating Code with Licensing Issues

When selecting "Makefile" for Toolchain/IDE with the STM32F4 Family of MCU's, a Linker Script is generated with a license that does not allow the code to be used with anything other than "System Workbench".

** permitted. Ac6 permit registered System Workbench for MCU users the
** rights to distribute the assembled, compiled & linked contents of this

I have been using Cube MX for the last month and Keil. Cube MX would generate all the initialization codes for project and open automatically Keil. I have not seen any problems so far.

As far as I know Cube MX is free to download and use.
