STM32L4R9IDISCOVERY and CubeMX with proper display settings?

When I start a new project with a STM32L4R9IDISCOVERY board, the OLED display is not configured and I can't manage to configure it correctly? Why isn't it already configured?

Does anyone have a working .ioc file that I can use?

None of the example projects include an .ioc​ file

None of the examples were built with CubeMX ​
