Dear @STTwo-32 ,  thank you for prompt reply.   i have sorted out the issue with my STM32C011F6U6TR (UFQFPN-20)  .

It is my soldering temperature of 370 degree (using Hot Air Blower) is too high, and such temperature damages the STM32C011 microcontroller.  I replace the dead chip and solder a new one by using 320 degree (Hot air),  STM32C011 responds to my STlink-V2.

Ps:  I am using STlinkV2 (clone one, 2x5 pins),  and also genuine one (STlink v2)(2x10 pins). Both works on the newly soldered STM32C011F6U6TR (320 degree Celcius)

My Successful Setup:
Clock source:   Internal HSI  48 Mhz

PA14- Boot0 pin :   as SWCLK (did not add any pull-up or pull-down resistor)

PF2 - R\S\T\   pin :   as ~Reset (active LOW) pin  ,  this pin is pulled high to 3v3 using 10k resistor.

Thank you so much.

Hello @DouglasKoo

Could you please send a picture of your ST-LINK V2 since some ST-LINK V2 are cloned as you can see here. also, you can have a look at this article.

Best Regards.
