Hi i have a custom board with SPC560B50L3 that is in the  SPC560BC Family.There is no SPC560BC xx Firmware Updater Component.If i try to add it (with shw incompatible components) of course i have problem generation files.There is some alternative?Thanks

I was able to program my SPC584B70E3 via UDESTK 5.0 and SPC5-UDESTK tool. After using it for a while I tried to build a Bootloader application. Now I cannot access the device and program it or erase it.When I try to flash something I get the pop-up error message "Can't activate FLASH/OTP Device !" and the error messages below appear in the Messages List:Fr 06.08.2021 10:46:30.430, Error, Core2::PpcJtagTargIntf, Operation has failed partly ! Fr 06.08.2021 10:46:30.433, Error, Core2::PFLASH, Failed to download driver section 0x400A8000-0x400A900B Fr 06.08.2021 10:46:30.433, Error, Core2::PFLASH, Initializing FLASH driver on target failed Fr 06.08.2021 10:46:30.433, Warning, Core2::PFLASH, FLASH programming for device '2 MByte OnChip program FLASH (Starterkit)' not available !Is my device broken? I newly get a SPC56B-Discovery board. I have installed the SPC5Studio and UDE STK 5.0 on my PC. I select an example project and build OK with SPC5Studio. Then I connect the board to PC with USB cable. The PC can recongnize "PLS USB JTAG Adapter for SPC5XXX A / B" and I enabled the VCP function referred to this link: https://community.st.com/s/question/0D50X00009XkgOu/problems-with-ude-visual-platformThen I unplug and plug the USB cable, the VCP COM ports occur, the drivers seems OK now, and the preloaded blinky program works fine on the board. But when I load debug.wsx from the example project with UDE STK 5.0, it gives these errors as same as the link above:Message from component 'PpcJtagTargIntf' :Can't connect target !Message from component 'PpcJtagTargIntf' :No JTAG client found !Please check:

Hello.I am using SPC5Studio and UDE 5.2 to program and debug my SPC58. The whole process is pretty annoying. After having SPC5Studio compile, I have to wait for UDE to notice the new binary, wait for the new window to open, clock program, wait again, click close, and click run application?Is there a better way to do that, like a plugin that creates a new button in SPC5Studio that does all of the above automaticially? After writing some code, hit compile, and then either program oder debug? Why isn't something like that integrated into SPC5Studio in the first place?Thanks & best regards

Hi,I have a SPC570S MCU running FreeRTOS and is connected to a CAN bus. I came across an issue where the MCU freezes randomly, when there traffic in the CAN bus before is it switched on. Could someone help me in this matter. This happens randomly, and I have isolated the problem by uploading two code stacks, one with CAN and one without.Nisal

Dear all,I’m developing a system firmware for an engine ECU on SPC58EC microcontroller using FreeRTOS and SPC5Studio.During the tests I worked on interrupt priority and in particular I tested the correct servicing order of interrupt according to the selected priority. -         I configure a periodic interrupt every 1ms, (vector 227) using the channel 1 of PIT interrupt timer and I assigned a priority of 8.-         I configure a software interrupt vector 0 of priority 63 (highest).-         In the periodic ISR I clear the interrupt flag (PIT_0.CH[1].TFLG.B.TIF=1) and I set the software interrupt flag (INTC_1.SSCIR[0].B.SET=1). After I simply call a very simple test function that just does simple calculations (additions or subtractions). In the software ISR I just clear the interrupt flag.-

We have a project running with TIM input signal and ATOM outputs and are now trying to use the MCS, we have looked at the GTM DPLL Test application and done some modification to the MCS program. Are there any tricks or options needed to compile the MCS program with SPC5?

Hi,I'm getting a lot of errors in SPC5Studio. If I use it with main.c without separating the library directory I'm working in, I don't have a problem. But when I want to separate the libraries, it doesn't work like an ordinary eclipse. Likewise, I don't have any problems with STM32CubeIDE, but SPC5Studio gives a lot of errors. HiI have a serious problem with EEPROM emulationWriting and reading commands from EEPROM work well at first glance.When I read the ST documentation related to EEPROM "UM0558", I noticed one thing and that is "swaping". Swap should be done when block is full. To test, I wrote about 1023 4-byte words in one address (Update a unique ID about 1023 time). But for 1024 words an error occurred and from then on everything went wrong.​for (i=0;i<1050;i++){ eewritebuf[0]=i;​ result =  FSL_WriteEeprom(&eepromConf,0,4,(UINT32)&eewritebuf,callback);}​​Why not update for 1024 and later. If everything is correct, it should be possible to update ID 0 to 1024 onwards.​​
