Hello,    I can not login to ST website. I was trying to download the Unicleo-GUI. Each time I try, when I press on the "user" icon from the main st.com page, a "bad gateway" error message is shown. In the past I was able to login.  EDIT: A day after I can login again, maybe a momentary website problem. Thank you.

In the HVLED101 design tool, there is the option for a custom transformer. When selecting the core type it seems possible to add a new core type (component) for a transformer design. When adding one, a screen pops up that says "Please, compile the form, filling all the fields.". This screen cannot be closed and basically you need to restart your design. I don't see a different way to add a new core type. Is this function not working? Please advise.

Hi,I am usinga) L6470 to control Stepper motors. I am using STP-MTR-23079(x). The motor has rated current=2.8A/phase, Resisteance=1.1ohm/phase.b) I am using 24VDC for L6470.c) I am setting KVAL = 14.04% with phase current that is around 3.07A/phase. Here are the problems I have:1) When I run the motor with speed=30.5 steps/s, it works fine2) When I run the motor with speed=247.9 steps/s, there is no enough torque.3) I am trying to do BEMF compensation based on formula from DT00065 design tip:Vp = [Vs (KVAL_RUN/256) + Vs(INT_SPEED/250)(ST_SLP/256)] + Vs(DELTA_SPEED/250)(FN_SLP_ACC/256)KVALRUN=14.04, INT_SPEED=1032, ST_SLP=24, FN_SLP_ACC=40. I found the result is much high as what I want. Could you tell me if I did something wrong? How to do the compensation for higher speed?Thanks, Christie

I measure ~1,7 V as GPIO-output of Port A instead of wished >=3.3 V. My power supply is a USB. Hi all.I'm struggling with certain device and I'd like to identify unknown TSSOP-20 chip on the PCB. Chip must be an MCU and based on the pinout it's very close to some STM8, eg. STM8AF6213. There are VCC and GND connected to Pin 9 and 7 respectively, and there is also kind of debugging header nearby and its two pins are connected to pins 4 and 18 of my unknown chip which seems like NRST/SWIM on STM8 chip.But, problem starts here - my device has pins 5 and 6 connected to analog signals (from potentiometers) and STM8AFxxxx do not have ADin(s) on pins 5 and 6...At least i was unable to find such a chip.I'm not very familiar with STM8 and maybe my unknown chip is some legacy/deprecated chip so that's my question. Are you aware of some STM MCU where VCC, GND, RST and Debug iface is on 9,7,4 and 18 pin respectively (for TSSOP-20 package) and pins 5,6 are Analog IN???Many thanks!!!

Hi all,I have been testing the STHV1600 evaluation module and want to generate a continuous wave (CW) that would change after some time. Currently, the STSW-IME014 GUI software seems to allow creating multiple CW patterns and assigning them to a specific channel, but it does not allow changing the patterns once they are set.I am currently testing with four channels, and three output levels (Vp, Vm and gnd). I am trying to make so that all 4 channels are outputting 1MHz, 50% duty cycle waveform CW1 for 1minute. Afterwards, a delay is introduced to the channels so that each channel outputs the same waveform, but with a 1/4 of a period delay: t_start_0 = 0 us, t_start_1 = 250us, t_start_2 = 500 us, t_start_3 = 750 ns. This secondary pattern should run for a minute as well and then repeat. Generally, I would like to generate multiple delay patterns, that change over time.Could someone advise me on whether this is possible through STSW-IME014 GUI?In case it is not possible through the

Hello, folks.I'm using the STHV1600 (specifically its evaluation kit board, the STEVAL-IME014V1B) for my thesis on sonothrombolysis. For this ultrasound application, I need multiple time delay configurations for the pulses (approximately 400). The GUI provided with the evaluation kit only allows me to set one configuration in the IC. Is there another method to configure the memory and time delay schema without the limitations of the GUI?

Hello,STM8S208RB microcontroller, Independent watchdog (IWDG). After starting the watchdog timer (command KEY_ENABLE value = 0xCC), I understand that the watchdog timer stops after resetting the microcontroller. The default register state is undefined (see figure below). Could it be that after resetting the microcontroller the watchdog timer will be turned on? How can a watchdog timer be stopped while a program is running on a microcontroller? The key register (IWDG_KR) does not have a watchdog stop command (see figure below).

Hi,We are using M95040-DFMN6TP SPI PROM on our board.The Serial Input/ Output timing given in the datasheet is not detailed.There is not much info on the address width and data width, and how to control write/read, there also isn't the register definition.Could you please point me to the document which provides these details, similar to the one in the image attached.

Hello, I am using ISM330DLC sensor for my application on Esp32. Data ready pin from esp32 and sensor is being used to check if values are avalaible on the sensor or not.  As per the Application note AN5125, Data ready pin should high for a while and then all data should be fetched properly.  But in my case when I set ODR to 6500 Hz for Accelerometer, data ready pin counting 6500 in a second, but accelerometer samples are only collected 900 in a second (which should be (6500*3) per second). I am using init function from ISM330dlc library: /** * @brief  Configure the sensor in order to be used * @retval 0 in case of success, an error code otherwise */ISM330DLCStatusTypeDef ISM330DLCSensor::begin(){  if(dev_spi)  {    // Configure CS pin    pinMode(cs_pin, OUTPUT);    digitalWrite(cs_pin, HIGH);   }  /* Enable register address automatically incremented during a multiple byte  &nbs
