CubeIDE / ST - Link2 / can't connect after upgrade CubeIDE version to 1.30

I can connect with ST_Link Utility but cant connect with CubeIDE

this is my Debug Setting in CubeIDE

I keep getting this warning, but I don't know what's wrong.

What I've tried is changing some debug settings.

I use serial wire (4) MCU setting VCC GND​ SWDIO SWCLK and connect st link2 4 wire
