In CubeIDE 1.3.0 we introduced the "Run button". If you have a working debug configuration. Then you can use the Run button which will take a subset of the parameters from the debug configuration (list of elf-files etc) to only program the device and reset it.

Thanks, it's not the same thing as being able to edit, but it will do.
