Fail to open the debugger after upgrade CubeIDE to V1.3.1

After I upgrade the CubeIDE to the latest version I'm not able any more to debug a project that before the upgrade was working fine.

My current CubeIDE version is Version: 1.3.1 Build: 6291_20200406_0752 (UTC)

Muy cube programmer is V2.4.0

And the error message I get is:

Encountered Error when opening C:\ST\STM32CubeIDE_1.2.0\STM32CubeIDE\plugins\com.st.stm32cube.ide.mcu.externaltools.cubeprogrammer.win32_1.3.0.202002181050\tools\bin\STM32_Programmer_CLI.exe

Hello,

I found the source of the problem, it was the option bytes that was set to read out protect. Does not have any connection to the upgrade

Hi

Did you get the following message as well:

Error in final launch sequense

Failed to execute MI command:

Error message from debugger back end:

Error erasing flash with vFlashErase packet

If it is YES

What changes and where did you make them in order to avoid this issue.

I was creating the first project (exercise) on CUBEIDE v1.3.1and everything was OK like debugging running the project, creating

an output to check status and using SWV Data trace Timeline Graph feature.

I did remember the last thing I did ,was to upgrade the St-link-v2 since then to able to Debug anymore.

Any thoughts would be very appreciate.
