Has the STMCubeIDE a RTOS-aware debugger like Attolic has?

No, not all views etc. are implemented yet. It's on the roadmap and will be implemented at a later point.

Thanks for the reply. Also, it would be nice to have a MCUsettings with easy boot drive selection and memory configuration like MCUespresso has got. Otherwise, I think it will be a good tool once all the features are implemented and the bugs are ironed out.
