Hello everyone, I am using STM32f105RC for my project in which I have to interface SD Card. But since in datasheet it says can be used. But do I have to use level conversion circuit also? Thanks in advance

And also code it accordingly using stm32CubeIDE.

The SDIO interface and cards should be fine at 3.0 or 3.3V

For example circuits see EVAL series board schematics.
