Hello friends, I am trying to communicate my F103C8 by usb and when connecting the cable to the PC this tells me that it is unknown, I have tried several cables and it continues to happen

What board? Are you connecting to the chip directly or to the ST-Link to program it? The chip isn't going to respond unless you've written and programmed firmware to have it act as a device.
