How to update STM32CubeIDE to version 1.3.1?

I am using STM32CubeIDE ver 1.3.0. I tried to update to version 1.31. But unsuccessfully. Where the problem?

I just did the update on Windows without troubles.

Do you reproduce after restarting STM32CubeIDE and/or Reloading the update server URL from preferences?

Well your screenshot below wrongly made me think that your update was fine...

Could you try this to clean your p2 cache:
