I'm trying to send via USART2 to the console and I followed a tutorial about that and the code is giving no error and when I try to use the dedicated console it gives me an error saying that "couldn't open COM4 Port" can you please help me out ?

What STM32? On what board?

A COM4 error would be from the PC side. Is COM4 from the tutorial or reflective of the available COM ports on YOUR PC?

Well, sorry for that, I'm using STM32F767ZI and I used Tera Term console and it was appearing there and detected but no messages were received but no idea why ?
