I want to change the MCU Reference.

I use STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.0.2.

I chose STM32L4R5QGIx for MCU Reference. I did generate code. However, after that, I want to change the MCU Reference to STM32L4R5QII6 by operating STM32CubeIDE. Is it possible? What should I do if possible?
