IDE very slow

I am using CubeIDE for the first time, but when Pin is activated in Pinout view, there is no reaction for about 1 minute before it is activated. I don't know why it works so late.

My development PC environment is as below.

CPU: Intel i7-9700K

RAM: 16GB

SSD: a lot of free space

OS: Windows 10 pro - 64bit

Java: Java 8 Update 241 (64bit) - 8.0.2410.7
