Migration from TrueSTUDIO to STM32CubeIDE, missing icons.

I just migrate a project from TrueSTUDIO to STM32CubeIDE. I am quite disappointed, the compilation and launching of the debug are twice as long. How is it possible ? This does not go in the direction of progress.

How to recover the very practical icons of TrueSTUDIO?

The "TrueSTUDIO build" action set is missing.

Another thing: I already have all the STM32Cube_FW_***. How to prevent them from being downloaded again. In Project the fields are read-only.
