OLE Exception during opening IOC file

Hello everybody! Is anybody can help me? Recently I've install STMCubeIDE v1.0.1

Something went wrong and i had to reinstall STM32CubeIDE.

After installation, I cannot create a new project and cannot open the * .ioc file in the created project. I've got the following error

OLE Exception

Cannot create the in-place editor

Reason:

This is probably because there is no OLE editor registred against the type of file you were trying to open.

Class ID not found in registry result = - 2147221018

I can not find anywhere information on this issue. Reinstalling does not help!
