Remove all SWV data

When I use SWV Statistical Profiling and click the "remove all collected SWV-data" (red cross button), when I restart the program, no SWV data are collected. Is there a way to overcome this behavior without having to terminate / restart the debug session?

Hello there,

I just tried this on my computer but I can't reproduce the problem. If I click the red cross button and restart I still get SWV data. Perhaps I'm missing some step? How are you restarting the program?

Also, what version of STM32CubeIDE are you using?

Hi,

I'm using version CubeIDE revision 1.7.0. I'm restarting the program with the Run/Restart menu command.

Using CubeIDE 1.7.0 I get the same results as you, no SWV data is recorded after restarting. So I would suggest that you upgrade the version to the latest release, which is STM32CubeIDE 1.9.0.
