A lot of the free stuff tends to be a bit amateurish, as real engineers tend to have bills to pay.

The Free Keil licence is for ST Cortex-M0 parts only.

The GNU/GCC compilers and tools can run from a makefile and you can use a text editor or source management tool of your choice.
