Hello.​i use SPC5Studio tooli started import samples from application library / Bootloader ...the project complie is ok.i modified Makefile. i know this file automatically generatedbut i must modify the compile option"HEX = $(U_GHS_PATH)gsrec -hex386" to "HEX = $(U_GHS_PATH)gsrec -hex386 -crc32"​and then, this compile is ok.​but. If i generate it again, the additional option disappears (-crc32).prevent the makefile from being regenerated,I want to put an option in the place that creates the makefile.​thanks

Hi ST team,I'm working with spc570s MCU.I want to write some data to the on chip EEPROM and read back.I have tested it by the code provided in the examples of SPC5Studio.It's working.problem :-I want to write and read data by the bootloader example code provided in the SPC5Studio. I need to write and read data before getting the new application code by the host.Could you please provide me the necessary details immediately?Thanks,Kasun

SPC58EC80E1 is used and only lin slave mode is used.So, in the example code (SPC58ECxx_RLA LIN Test Application for Discovery), delete the lin_lld_start (&LIN_MASTER....) corresponding to the master and activate only lin_lld_start (&LIN_SLAVE...).and then,​If i send data (id+8bytes: 0x3c, 0x11,0x12,0x13,0x14,0x15,0x16,0x17,0x18) from the external device (PEAK-LIN) to the board, slave_rx_callback is called, but idMessage (0x3C) is received, but buffer is received only 1byte (0x11) and after 2bytes is received 0x00, 0x00 .....)​I wonder if spc5xx_lin_rxi_interrupt should be modified or what settings should be set when initializing.​LIN Configuration Setting of SPC58ECxx Low Level Drivers Component RLA is set to Synchronous and LIN_SLAVE set LD1And.Slave_tx_callback seems to be operated by the master function of the sample code.I want to send the data to the master of the external device af

I am using Stellar SR6X7 EVB8000p rev B evaluation board.Trace32 with Lauterbach is used to load the image into the target.After some usage , getting message access timeout and core running.Due to this unable to boot using trace32. Any suggestions ?.

Hi,I always take an error "EEPROM_ERROR_FLASH_PROGRAM" while I was trying to write some data on EEPROM.So, I debugged and realized It returned an error in verify stage.I give uint32 WriteBuffer[100] and It makes 400 bytes.In verify stage EEPROM driver is using a counter that the data type is uint8. I am trying to integrate ISO 26262 functional safety ASIL B requirements into our project which uses STM8AF52xxFor this purpose I need STM8A-SafeASIL - Automotive functional safety package for STM8AF and STM8AL Series MCUs in systems implementing safety functions up to ISO 26262 ASIL B - STMicroelectronics. Hello I have SPC582B54 and I want to use an UART interface. The problem is that it can't enter the initialization mode. The INIT bit in CR1 is set but the registers (f.e. baud rate registers) could not be written. It does not matter if this bit bit is set or not, the registers behave the same way - as the init mode is not entered. LIN_CLK is 42M (PLL0/1) Core clk 48M, PBRIDGE 24MHz. Is something more I have to do to enter the initialization mode?

For this project, low level driver code we are planning to generate via SPC5 Studio.  This generated driver code via SPC5 Studio, we want to compile via Wind River Workbench. The goal is to transmit a simple AT COMMAND, by following these simple steps:Receive "PB DONE" by the LTE moduleTransmit the AT commandReceive an "OK"I have built a simple state machine in order to follow these simple steps, and I attach the code at the bottom.I have done 3 tests to see if the code works properly:1st: Connecting the Chorus 4M to the pc, using a USB adapter, and testing the code with docklight, by sending the responses manually (PB DONE and OK). In this case the code works and it is possible to see that the code enters in all the states.2nd: By trying to execute the exact same code with a NUCLEO F446RET6 connected to the LTE module. I am using SPC5 Studio, version: 6.0 with an SPC560B discovery board. The onboard MCU is the SPC560B54L5. According to the datasheet this has an onboard RTC.I created a new project using the 'Create new SPC5 application' wizard. This works fine and I can, for example, configure and enable the LinFlex and FlexCAN drivers as required, etc.For some reason, however, I can not enable the RTC driver. Specifically, when I open the configuration for the 'SPC560Bxx Low Level Drivers Components RLA' there is no option to enable / disable an RTC driver. Please see attached screenshot.I have studied some of the sample projects that come with SPC5 Studio for various other SPC5 discovery boards - and notice that these do allow the RTC driver to be enabled.I could try to copy and paste the RTC driver source files from one of the sample projects I referred to - but these are for different MCUs. Hi,In the osal.c line 389 "osalThreadGetMicroseconds" function uses "osalSysTime_ST2US" macro to convert ticks to microseconds.The macro uses osalsystime_t variable type that is 32-bit length. return ((uint32_t)((((osalsystime_t)ticks) * 1000000UL) / osal_ticks_per_sec));After 4294 microseconds, the value of the calculation overflows 32-bit and gives a wrong time. (4295 x 1000000 = 0x100007FC0 )I change to type to uint64_t and it's working now. return ((uint32_t)((((uint64_t)ticks) * 1000000UL) / osal_ticks_per_sec));

I'm working in a project, OTA update via CAN using esp32 and SPC570S. According to the application note the codes were made in the host side. The bootloader was modified to accept CAN frame and the addresses were set according to the application note.host side - All the data sent and received are matched. (The screenshots are attached with this) SPC570S - No response can be observed. The bootloader not jumping to the application. also, the status LED is not blinking when CAN frames are received.How to solve this issue?

Hello allcurrently we are trying to configure eMIOS channel for SAIC/ IPWM mode. all configuration for channels are correct.eMIOS 0 CH 19 , Mode = 2, BSL - D bus.Clock for eMIOS module up. Other channels which are configured for O/P functionalities , counter are ticking for them.above channel which is configured for SAIC mode, BSL is selected but counter is not ticking.one example for eMIOS configured as SAIC/IPWM mode for SPC58EG will be really helpful.

I am currently working on a project where I am using the serial communication. I am using an AEK-MCU-C4MLT1, with SPC5 studio on a windows PC. In particular, I am capable to transmit data but not to receive data. I tried also by enabling the interrupt, either for the transmission and the reception, and I found out that the program enters in the interrupt each time I call the function "sd_lld_read", even if I send no data externally (from docklight).
