STM32 MCUs

hi im using stm32g474vet6 mcu , im using spi in dma mode of both tx and rx and made dma in circular mode.what happens means when i start a first tx or rx itself spi clk is coming continuously. what to do , it is due to circular mode.if (send_spi_cmd == 1){send_spi_cmd = 0;HAL_SPI_TransmitReceive_DMA(&hspi3, ADS_TX_NULL, ads_rx_buff, 1);} if u see this code im just enabling in debug mode one time onlym the spi clk starts generating continuously. what to do for this this spi clk should generate during bus activity only right. can someone suggest it is due to circular mode or what

Hello all, I am trying to find the SVD file for STM32WBA55CG.I was looking at https://github.com/stm32-rs/stm32-rs/tree/master since I want to use svd2rust to generate a pac that I can use to implement a bare-metal function in the microcontroller. However, in the repo, svd files are located in the vendor folder and they are .zip files.I managed to locate an SVD file downloading the STM32CubeIDE and searching for it in the installation path but there are errors when using svd2rust, which is why I wanted to use the repo mentioned above, and ideally, including it. Thanks

  Hello, So I'm tackling a DMX512 project using an STM32G0C1CE with Zephyr OS v4.1.0 and I'm running into a bit of a snag with detecting the BREAK and Mark After Break (MAB) signals to start receiving the DMX slot data via USART. I've already tried a couple of things: Using the framing error detection, but that didn't seem to work out. Since I only have the USART3_RX pin available at PB11, I tried configuring it as a GPIO input to catch the BREAK and MAB using a GPIO interrupt. After detecting them, I switched it back to USART_RX mode. This allowed me to see the BREAK and MAB, but I couldn't reliably grab the subsequent DMX slot data within the USART interrupt. Dear forum mmebers,I am trying to use an STM32U5G9 MCU to drive a Ti SN65DSI86 DSI to eDP converter with no success.Previously I have evaluated the SN65DSI86 with a Xilinx FPGA as a DSI source where it was working perfectly from 640x480 to 1920x1200 resolution at 60Hz refresh rate. The line rate was up to 900Mbps/lane. At 640x480@60Hz I used 2 lanes and 250Mbps/lane. The SN65DSI86 can be configured to output the VSYNC on one of its GPIO which can be used to verify that DSI data is at least partially correct.I have also succesfully evaluated the STM32U5G9J-DK1 evaluation board with its display (round, 480x480) so both the STM32U5G9 and Ti SN65DSI86 works.Now we have manufactured an extension board for the STM32U5G9J-DK1 which has the Ti SN65DSI86 and a DisplayPort connector to drive a monitor. I am trying to use 640x480@60Hz and the STM32's internal test pattern generator in the DSI. Now I can see that the 60Hz VSYNC signal is present on the SN65DSI86 but it gives no picture at all.What

Hello,I'm using in my projects with ports PA10,PA11 (for Logs - uart), and PB14 and PB15 as normal GPIO.They didn't works.After long troubleshooting.... I found out that is because these ports are supply separately by the VDDUSB pin which was disconnected.I couldn't find the reason in the datasheet, I'll be happy to understand the construction and the reason.

The timer clock is 84 MHz.I need to achieve:0.1 Hz resolution up to 10 kHzIdeally, also support 0.001 Hz resolution at lower frequenciesThe problem is that at higher frequencies, the formula:f_out = f_timer / (2 * ARR)often results in a non-integer ARR. EDIT: it's not the STM32, see latest postHeyho,I have some custom miniature PCBs here, the unholy combination of a super-high-impedance-low-noise amplifier (going to a low noise audio input with 24bit ADC, spectra below from that one) and a STM32L031 on another PCB.Both circuits share the same ground and power supply.Actually, I didn't expect the analog part to be that good (shielding issues), so I was greatly annoyed when all got worse when adding the PCB with the MCU.I already got the noise down by not using the CPU sleep mode: the timer interrupt frequency of 10 kHz was clearly visible in the spectrum, seemingly due to powering the CPU up and down.Now the noise doesn't change, no matter which peripherals I turn on or off - and even in hardware reset (NRST grounded) there are the same noise spikes at around 4 kHz (and harmonics) on the analog signal.Noise is only about -80 dBV = 100 µV, but I'd like to find out where that comes from - even with the MCU in reset.Here are some scr

I have Stm32wb55Cgu6 board from from WeAct, With default FUS (V1.2) and BLE stack everything was okay. But when i upgraded the FUS 2.0 and newest BLE stack Full 1.22.1 . the Upgrade was successful, But I didn't got any Bluetooth connection for same code.So I decided to delete the stack and install 1.19.1 old stack with FUS 2.0, but i cant, it shows "Warning: FUS-STATE_IMAGE_NOT_FOUND". I also get the same image when i try to change The FUS version itselt to 1.2.Now neither I can Upload any version of FUS nor any BLE stack. I also used USB DFU Mode none can erase and download FUS or BLE stack at sector 0. The application just hangs up.Im using  STLink Programer V3 Set.I also tried mass erase and try to download the FUS and stack again and it wont work.I have checked after mass erase there is no value at FUS start address by reading the flash, yet shows FUS version.Option ByteI understand that portion of the flash is secured and meant to be used by co-processorWhat could be source o

Hello,I am interfacing with a sensor via I2C, with my STM32G0 MCU as the master. The sensor (Panasonic SN-GCJA5 air particulate sensor) requires a 500us delay between the I2C address read byte, and the data being read from that register: This is definitely an uncommon requirement, but here we are. To be clear, this is not clock stretching. It appears the device expects a hard coded delay for some kind of internal processes to complete before data is available. I have tried without the delay, and sure enough no data from the sensor is presented. Hi I've been trying to display an image on the GUI using an image (hex array) stored in the QSPI flash (memory mapped). Hello, I designed a PCB using the STM32U575ZIT6Q. I do not use SMPS on this board. I am using a external 3.3V supply.When designing, I connected the VDD11 pins to ground as shown here.But now when I am trying to debug the PCB, the microcontroller doesn't seem to respond to my attempts to program it. I was looking at my schematic and spotted this. When searching more online about VDD11 i found this: How necessary is it to connect this pin through these capacitors? I didn't see this and I am wondering if this is the problem with my PCB design, or if I should look for it somewhere else.What can I do to fix this if it is an issue?Thanks for the help.

My goal is to use LiveTune to build audio flows and to implement USB Audio Class 2.0, potentially with extended multichannel support. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the provided example projects to work correctly on my board. Hello everyone,I have a problem with the STM32G030.My microcontroller is drawing 1.5 mA of current in standby mode. I really can't figure out why. When I put it into stop mode, it draws 25 uA, which is fine, but I can't understand why it's drawing so much more in standby mode. Can you help me?

Hi, I am using STM32L476 Nucleo board to generate and read some signals. I am using TIM3 to trigger TIM1 and generate pwm signals. I also used ADC in interleaved continious mode and everything worked out. What I want to do is that I want the ADC and pwm signals to start together and only take 1200 samples(Or sample for a known amount of time) then transmit this data over UART. I tried to trigger ADC from TIM1 using OCREF1 but it breaks the pwm generation part. I tried to add TIM2 and trigger it wit TIM3, then trigger ADC from TIM2. And in ADC callback I added a UART transmit line(Used with continious mode before) but It is not sending anything. What could be the problem or how can I do this in another way. ADC is using MultiDMA for interleave mode. Hello,I upgraded from CubeIDE 1.17 to 1.18 and from WBA 1.5.0 to 1.6.0 and now I get this error the following error.
