I'm using SPC58 DISP Board for RTR request data frame from a battery pack. I have set the RTR value as 1, but didn't receive any reponse data frame from the battery. I have tested with CAN analyser, reponse data frame is coming(working fine). When I looked into the code, I didn't see any RTR register loading with the value. So, if anyone worked on RTR frame request. Kindly guide me.Transmit data frame with RTR as 1.

Hello,Looking through the reference manual for this chip on page 111 (RM0403 R7) it looks like there is a DMA peripheral line from CAN 1 and CAN 2 to the DMA module. I can't seem to find any reference to this on the MCAN side though or how to enable it. Does the (Sys 0) mean these lines are only from CAN 1 and CAN 2 on CAN Subsystem 0 (out of the 4 on there and 3 on Subsystem 1) and is the lack of documentation because they are reserved for part of the Serial Boot Mode?Many thanks,Owen

HelloI'm working with spc560p40 and using it's on chip EEPROM. Everything is ok with writing data in any ID, but when I want to overwrite any ID that filled before, the MCU will stop. Its ok for one time writing but for second time writing and more, it happens. I tried  FSL_DeleteRecord() before overwriting, but it stop again. (About stopping MCU I mean that  lots of time to write data and my system watchdog's flag got true, then it reset the MCU.Please help me out with this problem. ThanksDavid

I am developing Lin function(UART) for SPC58eg in SPC5Studio.I cannot build the project of the title because the project cannot  be included stdint.h file in SPC5Stusio.However, I can build the Can Test Application and it includes stdint.h.How can I fix the error?

I want to use DMA to transfer messages received from CAN. However, there seems to be no information in the datasheet about this feature, except for the illustration below. According to this image, it seems like using DMA for CAN is a default feature. However, I cannot find any settings related to CAN with DMA in SPC5Studio. Could you provide me with more information on how to use DMA for CAN? Is there any sample program available? 

Dear All,  I purchased this board for testing and development of the BMS. When i installed the NI products and the serial port driver. When i opened the GUI SW , again its asking the NI vision is not installed. Could you send how to link both the GUI and the NI SW whether there is anything i am missing during the switch ON process . 

with PLS JTAG and UDE STK 5.2 to debug SPC563M board,i cannot link to the board rightly,why?  

I am currently developing UART functionality on the SPC58EG chip, and I want to use LinFlexD1 hardware channel to develop UART.However, I cannot find relevant examples in the SPC5 Studio IDE.I am referring to the official manual (RM0391), which mentions that the Peripheral Sensor Interface-Support module (PSI5-S) must be enabled and related registers modified to use LinFlexD as UART.Are there any more specific example codes or projects that can be used as a reference for developing UART?Thank you.

I am attempting to get the GHS compilier to build with SPC58NG dev kit and have switched the Build settings to below  I have updated the project to include the path and commented out the error statementifeq ($(GHS_PATH),)export PATH := C:\ghs\comp_202114\$(PATH_SEPARATOR)${PATH} # $(error Please specify a valid path into GHS_PATH for ccppc (GHS) compiler)endifand it will compile but then include some strange error that doesn't really help. Is there any setting I need to fix it looks to be something in the linking process.

I have completed implementing the Bootloader code in the SPC582B60E1 microcontroller.But for test cases, when the first code is succesfully uploaded via CAN and when I upload the second code, and if there is any connection error, and the communication breaks, the previous code is completely erased. What need to be done to retain the previous code for in the controller memory as for a backup plan?Please guide.

Hello everyone, I am Erdem.I am trying to use FlexCan with the SPC560B-DIS development board. I ran the example project "SPC560Bxx_RLA CAN Test Application for Discovery," but I didn't want it to operate in LoopBack mode. When I disabled the LoopBack mode, I couldn't read anything from the PeakCan cable. I created a new project from scratch and wanted to send a simple CanBus message, but there was no communication. I am sharing the settings and code from my project in the images. I would be very grateful if you could help. Thank you. 

Hello, I have a question. Regarding waking up the system from LOW POWER mode, I want to use the WKPU but not with a push button as in the example.  Instead, I want to use a GPIO port to monitor an external signal. I want to use a rising edge interrupt. I cannot use INT18 because it is connected to a push button and the signal pin is always connected to VCC.  Therefore, a rising edge cannot be achieved.

Are there some tool like STM32CubeMonitor for SPC5 microcontrollers? With STM32CubeMonitor it is possible to load an elf or out file and watch variables values using gui components like gauge, bar, etc...

Hi everybody： My Board use the chip SPC560P50L3,and my application use the module flexray, and I have some questions: I use the demo example ,2 node can communicate very well, but I use one node communicate with other cluster,no matter the channel A or channel B, I always don't recv or trans the data from the bus, the poc state always is FR_POCSTATE_STARTUP, do not enter FR_POCSTATE_NORMAL_ACTIVE, how can I do to fix it? And how can I adjust the application to adapt any cluster? OR how can I know every cluster's global config or protcol config? Is ONLY from the DEVELOPER OR manufacturer get them? OR there have some protocol I dont know?

hi i am new to the controller, i read the manual that dcf records contains the configurations like if device boots up it performs some basic tests and then basis on the application address provided in dcf record, it jumps to application, but that address is empty in my case, i want to program it to my application entry point, please tell me how to do this

Hello Community... We are working on a project for the automotive area and one of the requirements is that the circuit is powered by a voltage of 5V. We will also have analog inputs that should read values ​​between 0 and 5V. Reading the Reference Manual, we found the "CFlash Nonvolatile User Options register (NVUSRO)" which, according to our understanding, should have its PAD3V5V field written as 0, but we don't know exactly how to change/program the value of this register.On our board the VDD_HV and VDD_HV_ADCx voltages are supplied by 5 volts.All the board's peripherals (CAN/UART/Digital I/O, etc.) are working properly, however, when we put a voltage of 5 V on the pin used as ADC (PF[0],PD[13],PD[14] or PD[15]) it is crimped at a maximum value of 3.4V.Could anyone help us better understand the reason for this maximum voltage at the ADC input and also the procedure for writing to NVUSRO? Than
