I want to flash and debug using SPC5-UDESTK 5.02.04 on to the board SPC5746CBMKU6. This controller configuration is not given in the tool. So I have created new configuration for this board. Now I have tried to connect to target board. But it is failing to establish connection. Connection and power supply is good(Tool LED glows). May be problem with target configuration. Attaching failed report and new target configuration file(in .txt, as .cfg is not supported here). K

Hi I need to flash via CAN bus and I understood it is possible using SPC5-FLASHER on PC connected to the target via USB/CAN interface with SPC5_UPDATER_CONN=SPC5_UPDATER_CONN_CAN. But I need also to flash a target from another target with SP57xx so I would like to have the source code of SPC5-FLASHER crosscompiled for my target .. Is that possible?ThanksFabio

Hi, I have been working with the board for quite some time and everything was functioning normally. Last day, upon powering the board, I noticed that the board has entered reset mode. Also, I have been unable to establish a JTAG connection.Do you know the possible reasons behind this unexpected behavior, specifically the board entering reset mode? Are there some ways to restore boards functionality?Attached please find a picture of the board in its current state.

Hello,  Does anyone have more information on the hardware/software setup regarding Application Note: AN4353. I understand the rough software architecture for how this is supposed to be implemented but I dont see anything pointing to examples or supported toolchains for debugging.  Sorry if this is a novice question, but I am looking for something to use for debugging besides PLS UDE and OpenOCD based StellarLink. Thanks!

Hello, I was implementing UART in interrupt mode on SPC58 (using SPC5 stduio sample code) and encountered an issue where DTF_TFF does not occur during operation. For example, when I request the transmission of 23 bytes, DTF_TFF randomly does not occur, resulting in the interruption of data transmission. Could I get some help on this issue?

Hello,I am working with SPC58EC evaluation board for one of our projects. In order to reduce power consumption, we put the mcu in one of the low power mode HALT0 where the core clock is stopped and also kept some of the peripherals active. The flexray peripheral is enabled in HALT0 mode. However, we observed that flexray frame transmission is not happening as expected. We suspect that it is due to the reason that flexray controller can't access the memory because the CPU is not clocked in HALT0 mode.We've checked the reference manuals and other documentations, but haven't found a solution. We would like to know whether it is possible to enable system memory accesses in HALT0 mode, even when the clock is stopped?Thanks and kind regards,RSeba

Is it possible for the FlexRay core to read the data from memory while CPU is on halt (in HALT0 mode core clock is stopped)?In general, is there some kind of setting in SPC58EC mcu where system memory access is possible in HALT0 mode(core clock stopped)?Thanks and kind regards,RSeba

We are using SPC58NH-disp.We are developing a software that we want to print the data we receive over CAN-FD to the screen with TCP.We are using a Simple TCP Echo Server Demo for TCP.Data flow takes place indefinitely and in indefinite numbers.But suddenly the device is locked.Either, Can-fd data is transmitted endlessly when the Ethernet socket is not plugged in.However, when the socket is inserted, the device is locked even if the connection is not established.Can you help with this crash?

No idea what this does.  Can't find any documentation.I installed it and am looking at the panel.  Maybe add a help button on the panel so people have a trail to the information.Thanks!
