Hi,Im new to SPC582 my issue is I need to enable ICU at eMIOS0 Channel 22 , I have enabled the pin in the pin map editor and in the GUI there is channel enabling option for only CH 0 to CH 7 as SAIC but I want it for CH 22, Is there any way to enable the CH 22 as SAIC which comes under Group 2. And also if any examples is available that would be great. Thank :)

Dear,I am trying to setup a channel of the EMIOS into DAOC mode. I walked through an example of using PWM, but I am confused on why in the EMIOS setup i can only set the channels to SAIC (ICU) or OPWFMB (PWM). I tried to manually set the MODE bitfields of emios according to the reference manual by: emiosdp->emiosp->CH[channel].C.B.MODE = 0x01; but any ingeration like that crashes the debugging. I am aiming to setup 36 channels of the EMIOS to SAIC and 7 channels to DAOC for my functionality. Can You please guide me on how to achieve that? Kind regards,TurboMonkey

 Hello,I am trying to program the SPC563M64 microcontroller using the UDESTK programmer and UDE software.Unfortunately, the JTAG interface cannot establish a connection with the MCU and I keep getting errors.What I have tried so far:Carefully checked all JTAG connections (TDI, TDO, TCK, TMS, TRST, and RESET).Verified voltage levels on the board and programmer using a voltmeter and logic analyzer; signals look correct.Tested the crystal oscillator with both 8MHz and 16MHz crystals to rule out clock issues

I'm trying to download SR6G7 elf code into internal Flash. So far this MCU seems to be not directly supported from the StellarStudio (?).Is there a way of programming my board using StellarLink from the command line? I found a working solution for other chip (like SR5E1):C:\StellarStudio-2.0\openocd\bin\openocd.exe -d0 -s C:\StellarStudio-2.0\openocd\scripts -f board\sr5e1_evbe7000p.cfg -c "program blinkled_portE13.elf reset exit"However, there are missing SR6G7 configuration files in the latest StellarStudio_rev4.1 and StellarLink releases. The one defining target board I could prepare myself, yet the other describing SR6G7 chip and FLASH_ERASE algorithms are not available.Can someone worked already with that chip and could share the proper config files (chip and algo)?

Hello, I am interested in the Stellar E and P series for the purpose of motor control, with an inverter topology that has 12 independent switches and requires fine control of the offset between some of the waveforms.1) The E series is marketed as optimized for traction inverters. Is there anything it can do in power converter applications that the P series cannot do? Does E series do something better or more easily, or just cheaper?2) Is there any difference between the HR timer peripherals of the E and P series, except that E has 2 x 6 channels and P has 2 x 8?3) How does the GTM4 of the P series compare to the advanced control timer of the E series? I can't find information about GTM4 on the product pages.4) Is it correct that the E series does not have any interface for external RAM, not even quad SPI?5) In the datasheet for E series, page 38,

I've got the CAN Test app loaded and working as it should. I'm trying to get it to transmit out instead of loopback. I've already uncheck the option for loopback and simplified the code to only transmit. However, I don't see any activity on the CAN pins of the board. I've tried moving the jumpers from CAN0 to CAN1 and I've tried looking at the signal before the transceiver but still nothing. My code is attached below. Hello everyone,I'm working with SPC58 microcontrollers and configuring 6 PWM channels using different eMIOS. The PWM channels within the same eMIOS are properly synchronized, but the channels from a different eMIOS are not synchronized as expected.I have attached a figure illustrating the issue. How can I configure the PWM channels from different eMIOS to ensure proper synchronization? Just got an SPC560P-DISP and I'm following AN4487 Getting started instructions. I have the board connected via USB to my computer and I've got SPC5Studio up and running with a Serial Test App. I have cleaned, generated and compiled the app. Following along in the guide, opening the debug.wsx doesn't open a new window but rather the file itself in eclipse. The "Execute and debug your application" action is also grayed out. I've tried installing "udestk-5-02-04-spc5-stk" and CDM2123620 FTDI drivers.After the "udestk-5-02-04-spc5-stk" was installed, in Device Manager, it went from a driverless device to PLS USB JTAG Adapter for SPC5xxx A/B. I've opened UDE STK independently of SPC5Studio and opened the debug.wsx file. This seems to allow me to flash a program to the board. I wanted to try and see if I could connect via Serial but there were no open COM ports from the device itself. After unplugging and plugging back in the board, it goes back to the LEDs blinking progr

Hello Team, I am currently utilizing the SPC58EC Microcontroller in an Autosar project where I have set up the CAN MCAL driver for both Tx and Rx operations in interrupt mode. We have noticed that whenever the system bus experiences a sending bus load of around 13%(FD and Normal CAN messages are present), the CAN controller which is supported with FD configuration enters a Bus Off state, and this appears to be an intermittent issue . We have two channels configured: one for FD and the other for standard CAN message transmission, with the sample point set at 80%. When the same software is executed without 2 to 3 necessary messages, the Bus Off state does not occur. SBC TLE 9271 is used as Can Transceiver

Hello,​I've been looking for a debugger to debug and program an SPC58xx MCU and I've found you offer both the new Stellarlink and the SPC5-UDESKT. I understand the SPC5-UDESKT requires a licence to be used with the Universal Debug Engine (UDE) which are available as either a year licence or a one-time purchase. I was wondering if I would also need one of these licences to use the Stellarlink with the UDE/SPC5Studio? It looks like the Stellarlink has more features supporting your Stellar Automotive line so would you recommend this for a new debugger/programmer purchase over the SPC5-UDESKT?Many thanks,Owen

HiNew kid on the block.Starting to dig into SPC58EC-DISP development board.While waiting for the board to arrive I wanted to see some code examples.Downloaded SPC5Studio from the SPC58EC-DISP site were it was said that demonstration files should be in found in the SPC5Studio installation. But they are not to be found.Anyone know were such could be located ? Kind Regards.

Hello, we are using Stellar SR6 controller in a customer control unit. We have received SDK v 4.4.1. But this does not contain the SENT Driver.  I had also downloaded the latest StellarStudio v7.2 from the ST website. This consists of drivers only for SR5E1. Is there any newer SR6 SDK that includes SENT driver? Or could I download it from the ST website myself? Also, is the SR5E1 SENT driver compatible with the SR6 SENT peripherie? Appreciate any response to my queries above.  Thanks!  

In the App Note, AN5949 "SR5E1 line - 7 KW EV/HEV on-board-charger reference design", there's a mention of "A dedicated Lauterbach script (SR5E1_multicoreAMP.cmm file) has been released to debug in AsymmetricalMultiProcessing (AMP) mode the main cores of SR5E1: Core_1 and Core_2." Can you please provide a link / attachment for where I can obtain this file.I'm trying to run multicore simple applications via a cmm script, but I'm unable to obtain a stable connection over multiple resets.Regards,Steven Daglish
