And the Makefile in the compiler parameters will automatically become -O2. Each modification is very troublesome, how can I do?

Posted on May 03, 2017 at 18:05Hi, I am using the SPC570S40E1 microcontroller. When looking at the MOSI line on the scope, I am seeing spikes right around the end of a frame even when transmitting all zeros. The device I am trying to communicate with requires a 40 bit message. To achieve that, I am sending 16,16 and 8 bit frames. There is one spike at beginning of the second frame and another at the beginning of the third frame.Also, regarding the Fast Continuous PC mode, which allows masking the Tasc and Tcsc delays, is there a way to enable the masking of delays without  also enabling parity bit transmission.ThanksUpdate: I don't see any spikes if I enable continuous clock, but I am still looking for a solution without having to do that. I tried lowering the baud rate and adjusting the delays( Tasc and Tcsc), but that didn't work.#spi

The bootloader size is limited to 64k and the main application start address  changed to 64K. The jump to the main application from bootloader works fine(jumping to 0x00010000) . But when I am trying to jump to bootloader start address  0x00000000 from main application I am getting the error response as ''Unknown break cause'' in UDE,Please find the attached Error Screenshot.I am using SPC560B54L5 EVK along with SPC5Studio 5.2.3.I am attaching my example test applications for your reference k

Posted on May 09, 2014 at 14:46Appart from the fact that there are no specific examples for it, i have tried to do something with spc56ELxx OSLess CAN example from another board, and even though leds blink, there is no CAN data generated. Unfortunately, I am unable to replicate what I have seen at the fair.Currently, I am trying to set up a Project for SPC570S. I have available the Evaluation board SPC570S-DISP.SPC5Studio Version 5.2.3I am loading a demo Project using the SPC5Studio Wizard: select my demo board, select a demo Project 'SPC570Sxx_RLA CAN Test Application for Discovery' and off we go.The Project is created successfully and I want to get started configuring the MCU using the MCU wizard (plugin is installed). But I cannot find it. The same applies to the Clocktree Wizard. The plugin is installed but I cannot find it for my Project anywhere.Can someone give me a hint as to how to get my development started?Best Regards,thomas#spc57

I config as following:BCC = 1RXFIFO.IDTABLE[0] = 0x08000000RXIMR[0] = 0xf8000000RXFIFO.IDTABLE[1] = 0x20000000RXIMR[1] = 0xf8000000MCR = 0x2003001FThe second filter (IDTABLE[1] and RXIMR[1]) has no effect and only ids 0x100 to 0x1FF are received.I don't understand how to use the 8 filters.Thanks#spc56el70xx #spc56 #can-filter

Posted on June 14, 2017 at 13:51Hello everyone, I'm working with SPC5Studio v5.0.I need to  make permanent changes to the values of the environment variables (see picture below): Unfortunately, every time I make a change it only last until the next restart of SPC5Studio (e.g. I change the RLM_LICENSE value to have it pointing to a local license server, and when I restart SPC5Studio I find it reset to the default value C:\SPC5Studio\licenses).Furtermore I'd like to add the files where these variables are stored to my repository, so that they can be part of the commit. Posted on March 17, 2017 at 10:17Hi all,I am working on SPC560B-DIS, and i have more than one problem:1) I'm starting writing the firmware from the test app that the wizard provides but, if I start for instance from PWM-ICU test Application by default it enables eMIOS driver but if i want to enable the PIT (for instance but it happens with every driver i enable) the generator doesn' t add me the needed libraries, Am I wrong thinking that he should do it automatically??? Posted on March 09, 2017 at 07:28it's my first Project with a SPC560D40 an SPC5 Studio. I'm trying to generate PWM-Signals on the Pins RA0 to RA5. When I look in the eMIOs Settings of the SPC560Dxx HAL Driver Component, I can only activate eMIOs group 0 (Channel 9..15) or Group1 (Channels 17..23) but RA0 to RA5 should be Channel 0..5. For these Channels I can only activate ICU drivers. #pwm

In order to implement checksum I am making use of ''pCheckSum( &ssdConfig, c_dest, c_size, &c_sum, (tpfNullCallback)NULL_CALLBACK);''  API of the flash driver component. In the ''SPC560Bxx_RLA Flash Test Application for Discovery''  I have found that after calculating the checksum, sum value is compared to 0x000000000.My concern is that, in my application the calculated checksum is not equal to zero. Please explain what is the need for comparing the calculated value to Zero in Flash test application. (Is it due to the pre-calculated value of checksum is equal to zero).Whereas ''Standard software driver for C90LC Flash'' document clearly describes the sum value will lie in 0x00000000 - 0xFFFFFFFF

When you downoad the latest ChibiOS distro it tells you many of the files called out in the ChibiOS demos are NOT in the ChibiOS distro, they have to be requested from ST. Can somene tell me which of the many ST SW suites I have to request to get the ST files compatible with ChibiOS? Thanks., I want to run some Chibios demos in SPC5Studio. Since the code for EED(EEPROM Emulation Driver) is not getting generated automatically in version 5.2.3, I updated the plugin for EED locally, shared in ST community Now, if I am working only with EED component the application is working fine. But when I am trying to add both Flash and EED component together in the application, it is giving error as ''conflicting types for FlashInit()'', since the prototype of FlashInit() for both the drivers is same, please refer FlashInit() in eed_flash.h of EED component and ssd_c90fl.h of Flash component. It differs only with the formal argument. In my application I should use both the EED and Flash components.I am attaching my test application and compilation error screenshot with this kindly check and provide your valuable suggestion for resolving

The functional description of each ADC pin is not described in the datasheet or reference manual.Kindly share me the functional description of different ADC pin types which will make us to select the appropriate ADC pin in our hardware design. The application starts working initially, but after sometime(most of the time after 274 packets)  it blocks somewhere. The status in UDE shows ''core running'' but failing to send or receive data through UART.If I try to break the execution explicitly in UDE, UDE prompts to select the source file''reent.c''.No other interrupts except UART and PIT(PIT0 for syswaitmilliseconds()) , are in my application.Prompting for reent.c:
