Posted on September 17, 2013 at 15:53Hello!I have a question about the LSM303DLHC. In the data sheet i can't found any information about the output format for the acceleration and magnetic data. Therefore i thought it works with 16-bit values. While using the sensor I noticed that the acceleration data I get are wrong. After some search in the web and some test I recognized that the acceleration data are 12-bit left-justified and the magnetic data are 12-bit right-justified. Posted on September 11, 2013 at 16:41Hello,How will gyroscope work if it isn't on rotation axis, but shifted about 1.5 cm off it? Will it still be usable to measure rotation angle? Or such case won't work and gyroscopes output data will be false? #gyroscopes

Posted on August 22, 2013 at 00:23I'm using a LPS331 in a prototype. The datasheet does not give any timing information other than one can select the output data rate. What are the timing values for SPI such as max clocking frequency, etc. I search ST site and could not find any other information that would help. For I2C it says it complies with fast mode (400kHz) but nothing for SPI. Thanks, Tom #mems-barometer

Posted on August 22, 2013 at 10:37Currently I' m using start(0,50,0) command for the iNEMO2v to get 50Hz, I want to increase the sampling frequency to at least 100Hz but just changing it to start(0,100,0) does not seem to do the trick. Any suggestions?Thanks

Posted on August 09, 2013 at 00:42I want to be able to collect the MEMS sensor information (exactly the way the iNemo demo application does), but I want to collect it into my own software running on the board and use my own mechanism to transmit it to the computer via USB. How do I do this?  Is there a way to compile a C program for the board and download and run it on the board?  Is there an SDK for this?
