Hello I’m currently working on a design that uses the L9338 Quad Low-Side Driver and would like to perform circuit simulations in LT spice (or any compatible simulator). Could you please provide the SPICE model for the L9338?If it’s not available publicly, kindly suggest an alternative part with a similar function and an available SPICE model for simulation purposes. Last week, I have been testing SRK1000A in EVLSRK1000A-PF, in an application with 250 kHz fixed frequency flyback PWM with primary side control.1. I struggled around the gate no longer driven in CCM-mode, and even in DCM upon more than moderate load. Finally, I found this sentence in section 6.5 of the data sheet:When the VDS voltage gets higher than VR, the comparator triggers and the blanking time is terminated. This helps during constant voltage regulation operation, at high input voltage levels (where typically the conduction time of the primary MOSFET is short), avoiding that the blanking time determined by TOFF_min might delay the SR MOSFET turn-on. Hello,I am trying to send first command from the MCU (s32k312 -NXP).I am able to send but I am getting SPI response likeAnd afterwards, no matter which SPI commands send, it always sends same response from the chip i.e. 0x610000As per the Datasheet, says it is FailSafe Mode and getting SPI Error.I did all the combinations in SPI communication, but it is not getting clear this SPI response. 

Hi everyone,Good day!I'm currently working on modifying the Responder ID using CAN FD communication.I initially had a firmware running on an MCU that was capable of modifying the Responder ID. My goal now is to analyze the CAN FD communication from that MCU and replicate the commands using Python to perform the modification.However, during testing, I encountered an issue: the Responder ID is consistently being set to 0xFC, and in one instance, it was even modified to 0x1FC.As a result, I'm now unable to use the original MCU firmware to reconfigure the Responder ID.I'm not quite sure what went wrong in the process — would anyone have insights or suggestions?I will provide the CAN FD communication flow shortly.

Hi! I'm using the STP16CPC26 as an LED driver, but have a problem where all the attached LEDs initially flash when powering up. This is a problem since this is a UI with a large-ish number of LEDs and you get hit right in the face with the bright flash.I've tried delaying /OE until after I've written all zeros, and I've tried delaying applying power (12V) to the LEDs until after all zeros and /OE, but without a complete solution. Delaying the 12V power helps, but there is always a tiny blink regardless of what I do.Is there some way to ensure that everything is dark on power-up?Paul

We have approximately fifty modules in the field that use the L6981CDR. The schematic below shows how they are connected. The L6981CDR is used (in combination with other components) to generate an output voltage of 5V. This output voltage is used to power our system. Our system draws a maximum of 700mA from the buck converter. However, most of the time, the current draw is around 5mA in "sleep" mode and 200mA when the system is "awake."After conducting tests with the buck converter, it seemed to work well, so we put it into production. However, we are now finding that about 5-10% of the systems are returning with the issue that the output voltage of the buck converter stops working after a few days. We measure an output voltage of 0V at the output of the buck converter (point +5V in the schematic) and the current draw is approximately 0mA. We also checked the EN/CLK pin of the L6981CDR, where 12V was present (with a supply voltage of 12.6V). The VIN voltage was also correct.

Hi ,Recenlty I designed the my custom board with LDL112PV33R . My Vin is from Battery charger BQ25620 which is 3.7V. Now LDO giving directly 3.7V at Vout. I done following diagostics. check marking on IC which ic ''L112 33''. which is indicating Fix 3.3V output variant. check imageChecked footprint in desing. All OKChecked shematic design. I think that is ok . sharing the image.Removed the IC and soldered it again. No improvementAfter removing checked on my board . there was no shorting between Vin and Vout from the boardChecked shorting btw IC terminal. Not shorting. Internal body diode of MOSFET is OK. Check EN voltage. >1.4V . change Pullup value from 10K to 1K. No improvement. I also use voltage devider on AJD/NC. nothing changes. Now i have ord

We're using this controller in our project and have the VCC pin tied to VBUS so the device does not pull power from the battery when USB is not connected (it was pulling ~125uA which is too much for our battery life as the main power is not turned off). We've had a few cases of I2C bus hangs and I'd like to confirm this controller will not disrupt the other bus devices in the powered off state.

There are already a few posts which show there is an issue with getting the STSW-WPSTUDIO GUI downloaded. I replied to one, but I have yet to receive a response. I am looking to select capacitors to tune an RX coil connected to a STWLC38JR controller. It appears we need the GUI to accomplish this..?? Thanks in advance.

HelloCurrently, all information on WBC86TX and WLC38RX has disappeared from the ST homepage.Does this mean that the two chips are discontinued?I would like to know whether they should not be applied to new designs,and how long they are planned to be produced.

Hello,I designed a circuit, but there is a problem with it. My supercapacitor (C5) is charging very slowly. I am using Dracula's standard OPV. It receives an average of 500 lux. It is charging so slowly that it is almost not charging at all. What could be the problem?Thank you.

I have an application where I am using L99VR02J. for this application I do not need the watchdog so I have tied Vcw to Vo as specified in the datasheet on page 22."Since the RST output pin is shared by the watchdog circuit and the output voltage monitoring circuit, forapplications where the watchdog is not needed, to prevent the watchdog from generating RST pulses withoutanyhow losing the reset functionality of the VO monitoring, the Vcw pin has to be connected to VO. Vcw pin must be always tied to ground by an external capacitor (Ctw) when watchdog function is used." However the datasheet does not specify how to handle the input Wi when the watchdog is disabled. My current schematic has this pin tied to Vs. What is ST's recommendation for Wi when watchdog is disabled?

I have the EVALSTPM-3PHISO. IT appears that it only measures Volts and amps on a single phase at a time, then switches to a different phase for 3 consecutive phases. We are working with Delta power (no neutral). Do the Sample and hold on the ADCs get 6 simultaneously synced samples all at once, or 3 consecutive 2 synced samples per phase (volta/Amps)? To be accurate for Delta, do I need 2 F4 and an H& that has a M7 & M4 to get 6 samples with a master clock that synchronizes the ADCs? Is this a realistic possibility?For 3 Phase Delta, would it not require 6 ADC's that Sample at a syncronized time and DSDFM modules sharing a master clock?

Hello,        I am creating a board using the STUSB4500QTR and I saw something on a video that confused me.  I want to use the IC to take in 100W (20V/5A) and output three different voltage rails: 3, 3.3 and 3.7.  Each will have a fairly large current draw, >500mA easily.  Can I do this, or will I have to output 3 high voltages and then step down each to my needed voltages? Thank you

I bought the STEVAL-WLC99RX evaluation board for the STWLC99 Qi 1.3 compatible receiver and cannot find a location to download the GUI to program/monitor the receiver. The page that I am pointed to (https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stsw-wpstudio.html) does not exist. Thanks.

We are using 2 MASTERGAN1TR to drive current across an inductor.We are seeing damage on the body of the chip nearest the low side ground connection with a PWM Frequency of 250KHz and a 12% duty cycle.Before the chip fully fails the current decreases on the VS rail and the VCC/PVCC, which was previously stable at 91mA, climbs to 350 mA and the chip blows.Operating Conditions:VS - 100V w/ 1.5Vppk ripple on switch and .2V Decay during active periodPVCC to PGND -  5V w/ .1Vppk ripple on switch and 50mV decay during active periodOUTb to BOOT - 5.1V w/ .3V sag on switchThese measurements all fall within operating conditions laid out in the datasheet.Since the each Half Bridge is only switching the high side or only switching the low side, shoot through is impossible. Schematic was based on datasheet and is attached below. 

Hello STM Community, I'm currently working with the VNQ9080AJTR Quad Channel High-Side Driver, and I'm encountering a couple of issues that I hope someone here can help me resolve 1.Output Voltage Regulation: With a constant VCC supply of 12V, the output of the IC is randomly regulated to 7-8V instead of maintaining a stable 12V output. This issue seems to occur intermittently, and I can't pinpoint a specific trigger for when it happens. Has anyone experienced similar behavior? What could be causing the output voltage to drop unexpectedly? 2.Input Pin Voltage: I have connected the input pin (which is supposed to take signals from the microcontroller) to control the driver, but at times, I'm reading 7-8V at this input pin instead of the expected logic-level voltage. For both issues, I’ve verified my connections and ensured proper grounding. The behavior is random, making troubleshooting difficult. Datasheet : 

Hi all. I've made a dedicated PCB that should control auxiliary lights of my motorcycle. I use CANBUS information by MCP2515 module and using Arduino Nano digital output pins to directly control input pins of VNQ9080. I assembled all elements on the PCB and tested the product by improvised wire connections to the connector holes. All worked as expected. I connected a connector ( a lot of curving copper wires to make it possible to install the device in a small plastic box) and installed all in the plastic box. I checked all connector points for eventual shorts with Fluke 179 ohmmeter. Everything looked well and I connected the product to my test wiring as before. What a disaster! My LED lights started blinking,... I found out that output pins delivered only about 3V instead of full battery voltage. I imagined that I have ruined the VNQ by applaying wrong voltage when tested with ohmmeter - Reverse Vcc is specified as 0.3V   I prepared the second one. Assemble
