In the STSPIN32G0601 device, the stm32g031 controller core has internal connections to complementary gate drivers. The outputs from the stm32g031 that can be configured with alternate function complementary signals (PA7, 8, 9, 10, PB0 and 1) are not used though.  Internal connections in the STSPIN32G0601 are PA8, 9, 10, PB13, 14, and 15.  I need to program a 3-wire, 2-phase signal that has a pulse frequency of 3,840Hz.  I can do this with 3 separate output compare interrupts with each interrupt service routine writing to 2 pins.  This is cumbersome compared to using the timer peripheral's PWM capabilities which are not available due to internal signal wiring.  I have found nothing in the MCSDK development software that addresses this; so, I am coding in STM32CubeIDE.  MY QUESTION IS:  am I overlooking a simpler way to approach this?

Hello folks,I am new to STM32 and have been using it (STM32H7A3ZIQ) for a while, everything was fine with download and debugging codes until a week ago when STM32CubeIDE suddenly has stopped launching the debug session. An error msg -failed to start GDB server (see attached) pops out whenever I want to debug codes, I have been trying to resolve this very problem for the past week by following other people's solutions on Youtube, but all my attempts were in vain. In addition, I installed different ST-Link programs provided by ST such that ST-Link server (Utility), STSW 004, 007, and 009. But even by doing so, I couldn't resolve this matter and no device found remains.NB: Even after having updated my device (V3.J8.M3) by using ST-Link 007, STM32CubeIDE doesn't recognise it at all (no device found on target). ST-Link utility also cannot connect to the target​I hope someone could help me to get back codin

I want to use N657B0 to drive VD55G0, and the camera side can already enter the Stream state. After I use the function HAL_DCMIPP_CSI_PIPE_Start, I track the variable csi_instance through single-step debugging and find that several bits in its SR1 register are inconsistent with the normal state. And I find the defination about these.The normal state is 1 but I get 0.Could you please tell me what the reason for this might be? Is the issue caused by a voltage supply problem in the hardware connection, or by inadequate rate matching in the port?That is my configuration.

Hi I am using Timer2 with Prescaler 83 and up counter of period 49 to be triggered after every 50us. But I am using an ADC and I want to turn it on every 330us. So after 6 interrupt triggers, I turn on the ADC but I need to generate a 30us delay before each ADC turn ON. I want this to occur infinitely in a loop. I have tried using a counter function as below void ADC_Delay(uint16_t us) { __HAL_TIM_SET_COUNTER(&htim2, 0); while (__HAL_TIM_GET_COUNTER(&htim2) < us); }  But I am seeing this delay only on the first loop and not getting the delay in subsequent loops before ADC is turned ON. I have tried various methods even using DWT count and I am still facing the same issue. Please help me solve this bug. Hello all, This is my first post on here, if I am in error at any point please direct me to any relevant posting guidelines. I am developing a sender-receiver solution involving two STM32H753 microcontrollers, both on ST's NUCLEO-STM32H753 boards. I am using USART3 to transmit and receive one byte using DMA. The sender receives one byte (for example 'S') and the receiver receives one byte, checks whether it matches 'S', and if it does, it toggles the yellow on-board LED. If it does not match, it toggles the green on-board LED. This check is being done in the HAL_UART_RxCpltCallback() function. I am facing an issue where the first time the HAL_UART_RxCpltCallback triggers after the receiver is reset, it toggles the green LED once (meaning that the received byte did not match with the expected data), and then continuously toggles the yellow LED (meaning that the received byte does match the expected data, this is the desired behaviour

Hello teams,I tried to use STM32N6570-DK DCMIPP Pipe0 to read data from my camera that has own ISP. The camera output format is UYVY (YUV422 BPP16). The issue is that I can't get any data from DCMIPP and CSI-2 Host, I only received SOF and EOF events from CSI-2 Host. I've referred to other people's posts, but my issue still exists. Is my DCMIPP and CSI configuration wrong?Additionally, I'm not sure if the CSI and DCMIPP clock is set correctly, I just follow the example. I want to use TouchGFX Designer in a Project for which no .ioc file exists, but generating code in the Designer fails because of the missing .ioc file.Is it possible to work around this? If I need to use a dummy .ioc file, which settings are relevant for the Designer?

Hi, I am successfully builded and flashed TFM_Azure_IoT application at X-CUBE-AZURE(v2.3.0) package. Hi, I'm already aware of the application note from https://www.st.com/resource/en/application_note/an5354-getting-started-with-the-stm32h7-series-mcu-16bit-adc-stmicroelectronics.pdf but as it does not cover STM32H72*-MCUs, I have to afraid I need to ask it here. I have configured some ADC-stuff for 16 bit data sampling in CubeMX but now get incredible large offsets, even when the ADC-pins are connected to GND directly. That offset is in range 2000..4000 and very instable, means floating about the full range (I except it not to be a noise-problem as for testign the pin is pulled to GND directly). Hi all,I am looking for an advice to how-to sync the back-end signal and the toggle button.For example toggle button by default is OFF, Signal output Low.Clicked button, the button state = ON, Signal output High.View still display the button is ON.Due to some error condition, the signal output is turned off to Low.  The View still show button is ON.  How can I turn the toggle button to OFF in View in this case?Thank you 

Dear all,I'm converting a quantized ONNX model using the STEdgeAI Core CLI, for use on the STM32N6 NPU. However, I cannot explain the very high RAM usage for the activations, as reported by stedgeai.The network is a simple CNN with 10 convolution layers each followed by a ReLU. I have attached the original (not quantized) model to this post (mvs_model.onnx, see also image below) as well as the quantized version (mvs_model.quant.onnx). Quantization was performed using the ONNXRuntime tools.When generating code for the N6 NPU (using "stedgeai generate --target stm32n6 --st-neural-art O3@neural_art.json --model mvs_model.quant.onnx  --input-data-type uint8  --name mvs" with neural_art.json and stm32n6.mpool as attached) the CLI reports crazy high RAM usage for the activations (full output attached as stedgeai_output.txt): Requested memory size by section - "stm32

how to properly connect multiple L9963E in daisy chain? already tried many mode and tweak. follow the design in datasheet, for transformer isolated and capacitive, but still unable to init. for the first chip, I use SPI. init the first chip is correct, but for the upper L9963E always failed. the mcu I use SPC582B signal seems good, but the ISO transceiver of the chip unable to read.   maybe there any member here thats already succesfully connect the daisy chain ISO

A couple questions on using the PSRAM on the STM32H7S7 DK. The "XSPI_PSRAM_MemoryMapped" example configures the XSPI module to have a max transfer length of 0, indicating continuous streaming without wrap can be used. However, the datasheet for APS256XNN only lists wrapping burst modes, no continuous streaming. Shouldn't the MaxTran field be set to match the burst wrap of the part? For example, setting the PSRAM to a 2k burst would be accompanied by:hxspi1.Init.Refresh = 2048;As an cleaner alternative to manual register writes, I also tried using the "External Memory Manager" Middleware to work with the on-board PSRAM, but it didn't work. Is the APS256XNN PSRAM not supported by this middleware?

When working with the DCMIPP Pipe0, what configuration must be done in order to receive a frame? I've followed similar steps as to the provided examples in the N6 1.2.0 repository: DCMIPP init -> sensor probe -> pipe start. I've verified my sensor is streaming and its internal frame counter is incrementing. Although, I've yet to see any frame callbacks. I've matched the weak callback implementation in the provided examples.Also, what should PHYBitrate be set to? This is presumably the per-lane MIPI bandwidth, but I've made that assumption due to lack of clarity in the manual. My sensors MIPI clock should be configured to output about 900Mbps on a 2 lane configuration.Regarding CSI, I've also noticed that both the DLD bit in CSI_PFCR is set to 1 in the MX generated code though the reference manual states it should be set to 0. Greetings I have weird situation with AEK-COM-ISOSPI1 and cannot figure out what is wrong. Maybe someone here is experienced with this device and can help me out. I have absolute encoder with SPI. When i connect directly to uC all is working fine. Then i tried to use AEK-COM-ISOSPI1 and have next problem: I can readout the encoder data just with command read, so i generate just clock to start readout from encoder. This works fine, because on encoder side i get correct data 0x9F45. These data are transferred back to uC but here i get messy data from AEK-COM-ISOSPI1. I get data 0x5F61. When i look the SPI signals with logic analyzer i can see that MISO is not sync with CLK cycle. And encoder is always on the same position.  Can anyone help me and tell what im doing wrong here.   My configuration is. Encoder side:NSLAVE=1TxAMP=1TXEN=1ISOfreq=1BNE=1DIS=0SPICLKFREQ=22kohm

Hii,I am using STM32H745XIX6 microcontroller for our custom boards and also enabling the Touch GFX in it, we are doing dual core debugging, and the both the cores got activated and working fine after changing some settings in debug configurations of both the cores.To check the dual core debugging, I have changed the debug configurations to "Connect under Reset" and selected "Halt all cores" in 1st Core (CM7) and changed the debug configurations to "None" in 2nd Core (CM4).To add the images in the external SDRAM, I have added the external flash section in the flash linker script. Images that I have added in the Touch GFX are storing in the external SDRAM Memory. Then, I am getting problem in the debugging. What might be the issue?If I've changed the debug configurations to "None" in 1st Core (CM7) then the debugging after changing the linker file is fine. CubeMX and STM32CubeIDE will generate a .ioc file associated with the configuration of the MCU to be programmed. For a modest project with few connections, adding the GPIO and their labels is normal, but when there are 130+ signals this become a tedious and error prone task.We need a way to import data into CubeMX. @st_it team: please add a function to CubeMX/STM32CubeIDE to import a list of GPIO, pin, port, config, etc into the configuration of the MCU which is being used.Alternately/in the meantime: you could also publish the full specification of the file and its fields, so we can modify it with some scripts.Thank you in advance.

Initially, I followed a reference tutorial to successfully implement a basic LED blinking application utilizing both cores—Cortex-M4 and Cortex-M7.Subsequently, I created a GUI-based project using TouchGFX Designer, which I then imported into STM32CubeIDE.
