STM32CubeMX (MCUs)

I'm using STM32CubeMX 6.14.1Recently I was added DAC to my project. Hi ST Community,I'm currently working on a project using the STM32F429ZI and trying to use the HASH peripheral for SHA1/SHA256 operations. However, I’m facing two issues:HASH peripheral not visible in STM32CubeMX:I expected to find the HASH peripheral under "Cryptography" or similar in the Peripherals tab, but it doesn't appear as an option in the CubeMX interface.I’ve verified that I’m using the latest STM32CubeMX v6.14.1 and firmware package for STM32F4 v1.28.2.I believe HASH support is available for STM32F429ZI and if yes, is there any option to enable it using CubeMX and when I added it manually, facing below issue.2 .Unkn

I'm trying to use the DMA engine to drive a GPIO output port, with each update triggered by a timer to achieve a particular waveform. It's trying to run, but I'm getting a TEIF (transfer error flag) and not seeing anything on the GPIO pins. I can't figure out where the problem is.My targets are:1. Target Dest GPIO Port F (all 16 bits)2. TIM4_CH2 (DMA1 -> Channel 2 -> Stream 3). Note that I also have TIM4_CH2 routed to an alternate pin function so I can view the timing, and it is working correctly.3. Hi, I’m using STM32CubeMX to configure peripherals and IAR Embedded Workbench for debugging. However, I’ve noticed that whenever I regenerate the code using CubeMX, the application code I previously wrote in IAR gets erased.Is there any setting or configuration in CubeMX that prevents it from overwriting my application code when I regenerate code after making configuration changes?

Hi,I am trying to generate a project using STM32CubeMX v6.11.1 Linux using the NUCLEO-U5A5ZJ-Q project template.I am happy to use either a Makefile or a CMake based build, but unfortunately both have issues. If I select a Makefile build, and click Generate, the project is created, but the stdout log of STM32CubeMX provides this warning: No such linker file: /home/user/STM32Cube/Repository//STM32Cube_FW_U5_V1.5.0//Drivers/CMSIS/Device/ST/STM32U5xx/Source/Templates/gcc/linker/STM32U5a5xx_FLASH.ld No such linker file: /home/user/STM32Cube/Repository//STM32Cube_FW_U5_V1.5.0//Drivers/CMSIS/Device/ST/STM32U5xx/Source/Templates/gcc/linker/STM32U5a5xx_RAM.ld  If I try to build with make, I see this issue reflected in the build: arm-none-eabi-gcc build/main.o build/stm32u5xx_it.o build/stm32u5xx_hal_msp.o

So I've opened a brand new project for the board STM32U5A9J-DK (ThreadX) via TouchGFX Designer. I generated the code and flashed into the board. No issue.I opened the .ioc file, added the USB_OTG_HS and the USBX with the Audio Class. I've then generated the code with CubeMX. The code is correctly generated but the Makefile used by TouchGFX Designer is not updated. I have a custom board that uses STM32F746VGT6 MCU and 1894K-33LF Ethernet IC. I have an old STM32CubeIDE project that allows to configure Ethernet parameters (such as duplex mode, speed, autonegotiation) from internal MX configurator. Generating new code with MX changes the libraries to newer version that differ significantly in how Ethernet and PHY are initialised. Also it's not possible to configure as many Ethernet parameters as before. How to configure external Ethernet PHY with newer libraries?

Hi, I know this question have been asked several time, but STM32CubeIDE and STM32CubeMx are only generating .c file... this is very frustriating, time consuming and source of multiples error when working with cpp environment. We have to manually rename .c to .cpp file and vice et versa after each modification... this is so 1990 workflow. Does this implementation have been planned in the future or shall I forget about it ? STMCubeMX version: 6.14.0Mcu Reference: STM32H757XIHxFirmware package name and version: STM32Cube FW_H7 V1.12.1Openamp version: v2018.10We had an old project where openamp worked perfectly with the same version (of openamp), what was diffrent was the custom configuration for a specific display(from TGFX 4.25.0) and the version of the ioc file. The actual user configuration in the ioc is the same as is the code. Now we have to make a new project based on touchgfx Custom board configuration 70STM32H7 v4.1.0. The old one was based on 70STM32H7 v3.2.0 (STMCubeMX version: v6.10.0 and FW_H7 V1.11.1) and worked fine without such errors. Openamp versions match on both IOCs. I checked the errno.h file for the definitions.I am currently working on the M4 core. I setup openamp in the ioc then converted main.c to main.cpp. When I try building I get the following errors:

CubeMx v6.14, cmake project, stm32h573ritx. Hi, I am developing a project using threadx and usbx on a h573ritx mcu in cmake using cubemx generator, I have encountered where all but usbx_stm32_device_controllers folder files are included in the CMakeLists.txt. Adding them does seem to fix the issue.

The earlier channels in the sequence seem to be accurate.I would like to understand if this behavior is expected due to the chosen configuration, or if there is a workaround or recommendation to avoid this issue. We are setting up ThreadX on the STM32H747I-DISCO and have enabled the Memory Management section in CubeMX to generate linker scripts. There is an option to automatically insert the ThreadX Heap memory section on the CM4 core, but not the CM7:threadx options The options within the ThreadX Middleware are the same:

I just upgraded from version 6.13 to 6.14.  I have an exiting project for an STM32H7B3 that uses SAI1.  When I click the Generate Code button, I get the following warning:(The second warning is also a bug, I'm using CMake on my project so it is irrelevant).The SAI1 configuration area is also blank and does not show any warnings or errors:
