The SPC563 reference manual contradicts itself by specifying eMIOS[12] on page 454 and eMIOS[10] on page 482. Neither work. Which is the correct channel to use?

I am developing a board that hosts a second board that has an SPC560P mounted. On host board I will have an STM32 mcu and the 2 MCUs are communicating by UART.My goal is to use BAM for loading the progam from into SPC560P. Actually I was able to switch to boot mode and sending the default password but I need more information or examples if available. I asked for SPC5flasher key but I didn't receive any reply.Thank you very much for kind help.Marco

I need to find a pin desription on SPC582B60E1. I haven't found it in datasheet on SPC582Bx series, but i found the SPC582B - discovery board schematic with some details.Can anybody provide necessary info?Thanks!

Hi all,Recently we have purchased the SPC58NG-DISP evaluation board. I want to connect it to my laptop to deploy new SW on it using the SPC5Studio.My question is, how to do that? Can I just connect it using the serial board? Or I have to buy another device to do so?!Sorry for this simple question. Hi,I am using SPC560B discovery board .I am using ADC1. The jumpers J4, J7 are shorted to get the internal voltages. But the internal volatge is not constant all the time, there are some variations. Because of that i get variations with the output voltage been calculated.Is there any means to give external reference volatge.Plz provide me inputs regarding this.Thanks&Regards,Srujana

HI, I'm having PEMicro USB-ML debugger and try connecting it with SPC560B-DIS board.But I'm not able to connect with the target. I could able to see both target power and USB power glowing in the USB-ML hardware.As well, I updated the PROGPPCNEXUS firmware. Still not resolved. Please help me over.

Hi,  I'm using SPC560B54L5 Discovery board.  I'm trying to get serial communication to work at baud rate 115200. And it works well with other baudrate like 9600,38400 and 57600.#define SPC5_PERIPHERAL1_CLK_DIV_VALUE   2U#define SPC5_LINFLEX0_CLK   (SPCGetSystemClock() / SPC5_PERIPHERAL1_CLK_DIV_VALUE)  SPCGetSystemClock() returns 16000000U  I have changed SPC5_PERIPHERAL1_CLK_DIV_VALUE to 1U,2U and 4U but the data received is incorrect in all the case.  Data is transmitted properly but the received data is incorrect.  So how to achieve serial communication at baud 115200? I imported sample code SPC560Bxx_RLA SERIAL Test Application for Discovery.

I'm experimenting the example SPC560Pxx_RLA PIT Test Application for Discovery.It is simply a 3 led flashing using PIT.Is it possible that the frequency of the example is wrong? It is exactly doubled, instead of 4,2,1 Hzi read 2,1, 0,5 Hz.The quartz on the board is exactly 12 MHz.

Hello,We are developing demo on Chorus10M using our EB's BSW stack with MCAL from ST.We are confused about how FIFO/filtering/mailbox/buffer is working on this chip.In user manual, we found statement like this: FIFOs will be assigned to CanHardwareObjects following the order of the receive objects created, i.e. FIFO0 assigned to the first receive object with elements count greater than 1, FIFO1 assigned to the second receive object with elements count greater than 1. So it means one can controller configured in configuration tool can have up to two CanHardWareObejects with element counter greater than 1.We tried and it is like this.But we also found that there is a FIFO Table to configure which can be configured up to 128 items. We do not know how these tables are working together with CanHardwareObjects.Could you help clarify to us?and, we also find statement in Chorus_10M_RM_rev1.pdf like

Hi DearsFirst (if its important):I want to program for 560b50 and it isn't in platform list. list started with 54. what should I do?Secondly :I configure "enable filters" in flexcan visual configuration from respective component and so generate ...but defined "SPC5_CAN_USE_FILTERS" have "False" value in all respective codes (cfg , header , lib).using spc560b CAN example , was the similar result and this defined , have "False"!I tried another family chip and everything was right. We are facing issue with SPI slave communication for spc560C50L3 controller.The generated code for SPI slave from SPC5studio is not working. We have written a register level code to transmit 1 byte and read 1 byte for SPI slave. The observations for the above controller is detailed below.1. In fifo enabled mode the TxCNT increased when 4 bytes are pushed . We have pushed 'P' + Count++ as 4 bytes whereas count is zero initially.2. After master provides read for 10 bytes the data received is only 'P' character for all 10 bytes read. The MCU is not pushing next character instead the same character is transmitted. 3. The TXCNT remains 4 for each byte transfer. The TXNXTPTR does not increment at all. It remains 14. The bytes 'PQRS' pushed in fifo can be read from TXFR register but after pushing the 4 byte it does not update with new byte.5.The fifo does not get clear. It only transmits 1byte every time the master init

When I look in the eMIOs Settings of the SPC560Bxx HAL Driver Component, I can only activate eMIOs group 0 (Channel 9..15) or Group1 (Channels 17..23) but as per my requirement i have to use Channel 7. But channels 0 to 7 can only be activated by ICU drivers. Is this right? Is there an other way to activate PWM on these channels?

Hi, I´m trying to implement the synchronous pulse width modulation for my Bachelor-Thesis.
