I am unable to generate pwm signal for PWMX pins. example hardware pin 26 (pwmx_0).

SPC58 docs mention HSM (Hardware Security Module) as additional core, but docs are very rare. How to run code on that core? Is there any docs how to deal with that processor?

I am working on SPC56xL Discovery+ kit(spc56el70l5) and i'm unable to generate pwm signal on PWMX pins. We are able to generate pwm signals on PWMA & PWMB pins respectively but not on PWMX pins.

Hi,  I checked UART register of Chorus 4M my environment.If I would like to set AUTOWU bit in LINCR1 register, is following sequence right?linflexlp->LINCR1.R = 1; /* enter INIT mode */linflexlp->LINCR1.R = 0x1001; /* set AUTOWU */linflexlp->LINCR1.R = 0x1000; /* exit INIT mode */When I wite '0' (0x00000000) to LINCR1 register to exit INIT mode like serial_lld.c in SPC5Studio (following), not only INIT bit but also other bits on LINCR1 register is clear. Where I can find OSAL documentation?

Dear all, I am working on a prototype with anti-tilting and park-brake functions that need to be complied with ISO26262. So far the ASIL is not determined yet, I want to start development and testing the firmware in a complete toolkit.However I am not sure which MCU to choose.For example, the SPC56 L line and SPC58 C line both provide ASIL and safety applications, and evaluation toolkit, though mentioned that SPC58 C key functions are securing on-board communication protocol.I have the same difficulty in selecting from other A/B/2B/G/P/etc.And how about the generic control STM32 MCU's, if I only want the mentioned two functions, it seems the STM32 MCU is qualified as well, is it correct?Thanks in advance for explaining with details.

Hello,I wan't flash program spc58ecx with spc5connect . I have learned the UM2108.pdf. But,i don't know what is CANC_TX CANC_RX EMIOS.4 EMIOS.9 UART_RX in spc58ec80e5 .Because ,too many uart on spc58ecx,and there isn't EMIOS.4. User manual is too confusion for me. !!!:pensive_face:

Is not clear how to change the linker file *.ld.I found the linker setting in SPC56ELxx Platform Component RLA but I don't know how to proceed. Is there a manual for all the linker option?if I understood well, I have to place all the option/command in the custom sections?Is it right?

Hi,I'm trying to build SPC5 application in gitlab CI.While running the job, I'm getting an error$ make Compiling boot.s make: ppc-freevle-eabi-gcc: Command not found make: *** [components/spc560bxx_platform_component_rla/lib/rsc/rules.mk:137: build/obj/boot.o] Error 127I can able to build the application in the PC, but not in the gitlab CI.I don't know how to fix this, but I am aware I'm adding the required path in Makefile itself.export PATH := C:\SPC5Studio\eclipse\plugins\com.st.tools.spc5.tools.gnu.gcc.ppcvle.win32_4.9.4.201809141314\toolchain\bin\:$(PATH_SEPARATOR)${PATH}Still, no improvements while running it in CI.Please help me out.Regards,Prashanth

Hello, I am using SPC560C50L3 microcontroller for my application. I am trying to implement Non-Maskable interrupt at the pin number PA[1]. I tried configuring the NMI related registers but while executing the NMI configuration function the core is getting halted or core will be executing the unknown instruction. I attaching my sample code for your reference. Please do suggest how I can configure the NMI function successfully.Also I am not finding the interrupt mapping for NMI. Kindly someone please share me the vector address mapped or the IRQ handler (number or callback) associated with NMI.Regards,R.Santhamurthy

I want to develop a bootloader for SPC560p40l3 controller.I've read about BAM and SBL.But that method is Hardware dependent, i.e we've to give 1 logic to a[4] to get it into boot mode(CAN/UART).I don't want to use the internal Boot module.Is there any other way to flash the code.

I followed SPC5670L5DiSC board schematics ..i got issue..even though i didnt connect JTAG and i power on circuit the RESET_B pin always gives me LOW...which is not detected by UDESTK debugger so cant program ...i even disconnected the reset IC that also no help...if i power on RESET_B is always LOW..but in discovery its working properly..it has been pulled up by 2.2k...so its high...but in my design it is LOW..i follwed same...i need help with this.. i attach my schematic and also my refernce schematic.

I have some examples that I acquired through Google searches. There is some trouble right away with trying to init the data flash memory. The ECC will not allow initial writing and gens an IVOR2 fault.

I am working with 560B54L5 discovery board. I am using runtime IO component with uart test application. I am able to send data at one channel at a time(one channel).my issues arehow to receive the data using interrupt in case of runtime IO?How can I use three channel at a time in case of runtime IO?what is the parameter in runtime io function (fd and flags)?If I can not use runtime IO for 3 uart channel than can you please suggest me some alternate for removing the delay component after write function.status = sd_lld_write(&SD1,command,getStrlen(command));osalThreadDelayMilliseconds(200);Thanks Rewatee
