Currently, I've used the MPU_Config function to set up memory protection for multiple regions.I want to read back the configuration registers to verify the settings. However, after examining the HAL_MPU_ConfigRegion function in the stm32h7xx_hal_cortex.c driver file, I found that each region configuration's is written to the same register.Upon reading the MPU->RBAR and MPU->RASR registers post - configuration, only the settings of the last region are retained.I'm wondering if there's a way to read the configurations of all regions. If not, Could someone explain the reason for this operation?Thanks！

Hi All,I have previously experiemented with USB HID mouse coding on STM32F0 series and got code working very quickly.However, I am now trying to get the same going using USBX on STM32C0. My application has been built in MX but wouldn't enumerate. I asked ST if they could take a look at my code, which they did, and said that I needed to add some code to app_usbx_device.c to configure the endpoints and a periodic call in main(). It now enumerates fine and although they didn't say as much I presume its absence in the MX build is a bug as MX knows exactly which endpoints I need enabled.The applications engineer finished his email by saying 'and now you should be able to send reports' without elaborating. There's no USBD_HID_Mouse_SendReport function in the code that MX built as I would normally expect and am having extreme difficulty figuring out how to do it myself due to inexperience on my part.My question is whether I have perhaps started too soon with C0

Hi  hi, did anyone manage to get katapult  working with stm32F042.    Issue is  I have I have managed generate canboot.bin.   Get UUID and upload test program but here us problem when testing simple blink cannot get it working either my test program or canboot back after testing simple blink program is first time uploaded.     My boot pin is floating atm.    Just wondering if any can advise.   Or have some experience with katapult custom canboot loader.    Ps.  After 1 upload via uuid   Hex file still show CanBoot on microcontroller     

I am using 30 Mhz crystal oscillator, and when I configure clock for 30 Mhz it doesn't work properly but when I configure 16 Mhz it works properly.

from datasheet " The wakeup source from Sleep and Stop mode is an EXTI line configured in event mode.The wakeup source from Standby mode is the WKUP1 pin (PA0); The device exits Standby mode when an external reset (NRST pin), an IWDG reset, a rising edge on the WKUP pins, or an RTC event occurs"According to description above ,   if I use a rising edge on the WKUP pins, how big rising edge voltage need to supply to wake up MUC from standby mode?looking forward your response！ I will appreciate that!

Hello,We've developing an application where interruptions are a bit critical, we can't stop the IRQ for even short times, or the control gets crazy.We update the device via MODBUS and we use the dual bank for the updates. Initially we had a problem with the ERASE of the bank during runtime, during the erase of the data section the flash the interruptions would stop for a while and we will lose control.In order to fix that, we decided to move the data to the opposite bank of the active bank. And this actually worked a solution (BUT ONLY IN BANK 1), when we're in the first bank, everything works perfectly, but from Bank 2, the problem still persists and it's even worst now, because we're now erasing page by page instead of the full bank, so erase is slower.Any idea on why this is only happening in Bank 2? Any way of fixing this for both banks without having to add an external flash?We also tried to move interruptions, control, and a lot of functions

I am developing a PMSM motor controller using STM32F103C8T6. I want to check the variables on live expression while I am running the motor. But as soon as I increase the current draw of motor, the values on the live expression starts to show random values or blank fields. and in the console, it prints "Target is not responding, retrying...". Why might this be happening?I am having this issue on a custom PCB that I have built. I have made a similar PCB with bigger form factor and this issue is slightly lower in that PCB. What could be the causes of this issue? and what precautions should be taken to prevent this?

Is there a simple Windows front-end app to load binaries into the 723 using it's native bootloader?  The alternative I guess would be to write a python app but if I can skip that work it would be great.I am looking for something simple/focused.Regards,Mark

When debugging, all seems to go well, no errors. But when running the code, there never seems to be a CAN message on the line. Dear STM Community,I am currently developing an elevator door control application using the EVSPIN32F0251S1 board with a PMSM/BLDC motor, and I am looking to implement an automatic calibration routine to adapt to varying door sizes at different installation sites.Since elevator doors can differ in width, the number of motor rotations required to fully open or close the door will not be consistent across all installations. Currently, this calibration is done manually by counting motor rotations, which is not scalable or efficient. I would like to ask if there is a recommended method or best practice for implementing auto-calibration of door travel using the Motor Control SDK or STM32 ecosystem. Ideally, the system should automatically detect the open and close limits during installation, store that data in non-volatile memory, and use it for normal operation.Do

Dear reader,I have a question about the use of TIM1 on the Blue Pill STM32F103. I want to build a synchronous Buck Converter using the Blue Pill and need to use PWM on TIM1 ch1..3 with its complementary outputs and the programmable dead time for that. I heard someone saying that using TIM1 for PWM was not a good idea. The Pill Blue has these function only on TIM1 ch1..3 so what can be the reason that using TIM1 for PWM is not a good idea.I don't use HALL and program Bare Metal, but program with Arduino liberties. Is TIM1 used for other function under Arduino? Anyone has an idea

I have a weird problem connecting a purchased V3 emulator to a blue pill board with STM32F103C8T6.I have:1) STLINK V3 original emulator (tested two copies from the same batch, with different firmware: the latest firmware from the site and the firmware that was purchased)2) STLINK V2 clone - purchased earlier for testing.3) Nucleo-F756G original board. hello to alli want to build project with 2 blue pill firist one have an eeprom it save the file on it the firist blue pill will be as programmer to program the file from the eeprom on the secound blue pill the secound one will be as slavei want to program the file from the eeprom to the slave stm32 .the master is ok i build and connect with the eeprom with i2c and can cll the data from the eeprom in the master side but in the slave i want to program the file on it without using pc using the master oneso haw to connect the stm32 slave with the master

I have a raspberry pi I am using as an oscilloscope. Soldering station, components and so on if.I have read an awful lot of material relating to the subject of PWM generation using an STM32 bluepill, I’ve not specifically found anything trying to do what I am, close perhaps.Not close

Are there any example on how to configure the ST-Link on the Nucleo-64 to be use? In particular the Blue Pill. A real life example may answer some questions I have after reading the document.Some things I read you only have to pull the CN2 jumpers if all you need is SWO. Other make it look like you have to remove the 0 ohms resistors. Also the document looks like the SW0 connector power pin is input, not out. It says "from the target".I have tried to wire the SW0 to the ST-Link connector of the Blue Pill but it did not work. I assume it is a power thing.I am new to stm32 but have some experience from the ESPxxxx world. So some of my problem could be me filtering my understand from that world. What go me started looking at the stm32, is my 3D printer mother board lost it's boot loader. Now, not only do I want to get the 3Dprinter motherboard running, but learn more about the stm32 world.

Hi,it seems that unless I make some transition to a specific screen within touchGFX (i.e. a button changing another screen to the screen in question), then TouchGFX does not generate any code for that screen (view, presenter, etc).I guess it makes sense in order to save memory. But I want to transition to that screen programmatically so I do need all the code to be generated for that screen.Is there some other way to force TouchGFX to generate the code for that screen?Thank you 

The LED connected to the Blue Pill board on PC13 pin blinks after power up. Just to check the pulses on that pin, probed and seeing the attached pulses. Why are these pulses generated? I haven't seen any data about this in any of the documents? I did not see the pulses on other pins. Randomly checked PC15, PA4, P5.

I'm having an issue using STM32CubeIDE to program my blue pill boards. I get the below error each time.
