Specifically, when using STM32 MC SDK to generate a *.ioc file and redefining the MCU, the Motor Control in the Middleware menu has already been lost. Additionally, during the code generation process from the *.ioc file, the related files are deleted, causing compilation failure.Furthermore, as part of the process, I attempted to switch from a 64-pin MCU to a 48-pin MCU within the same series, as guided by AN5166. However, the generation process encountered anomalies. Notable observations include the disappearance of Middleware features such as Motor Control and the deletion of essential files leading to compilation failures. This issue raises concerns about the compatibility and stability of Middleware during such transitions.Could you please clarify this issue and provide any strategies or recommendations to address it?Th

I'm trying to run a sample PWR_DEEPSTOP_RTC from PWR_DEEPSTOP_RTC, but I'm facing some problems.The code works correctly, the UC enters deepstop mode and returns to run mode, but when I try to measure the current in PJ2 as described in item 7.1.4 of UM3345, I get 90uA when in deepstop mode and not around 1uA as the datasheet says. (RTC wakeUP, LSi 32k).I follow this example recipe:/* The following Wakeup sequence is highly recommended before each entry into Deepstop modeespecially when using more than one wakeup source, this is to not miss any wakeup event.- Disable all used wakeup sources,- Clear all related wakeup flags,- Re-enable all used wakeup sources,- Enter Deepstop mode.*/Is there anything I missed or didn't understand?

Hi,I am trying to calculate the Timing register value for an I2C peripheral using STM32CubeMX. I am doubtful on how to calculate the rise and fall time (tr and tf) values for this. What is the preferred way to choose this tr and tf values for a particular board. 

Hello Community, Am interfacing LIS2DTW12 Acceleration Sensor with STM NucleoL476RGT6U by I2C communication protocal in  blocking mode working everything fine. But i want collect data in non blocking mode so collecting data to DMA and implementing the custom callback but control not coming to custom call back (custom callback was not triggered ) if i stop the program data will present in the Data array .While Debugging DMA transfer complete interrupt triggered succesfully when going to handle DMA_IRQ Handler during that time am check the I2C state thats still HAL_I2C_STATE_BUSY_RX Whats the issue ?if i forcefully Change the I2C state to ready and forcefully call the custom implemented callback then it will work .May i know Whats happening whats the issue is from hardware side or software ?Anyone helpme to resolve this ....MX_GPIO_Init();MX_DMA_Init();MX_I2C1_Init();SensorLIS2DTW12Acc

I am going to set up a RGB666 LCD with STN32F779 and Frame buffer in SDRAM. The problem I'm facing is that there are a series of parallel dark lines in the image.I first tested the SDRAM and the reading and writing is done correctly. Then I realized that only in the R5, G5, B5 data lines of LTDC the signal form is different from the other lines and when I manually write '0' in which these lines, (for example 0b11011100) the image is displayed clear and without problems. Hi   I have a a stm32L433 48 pin processor and trying to get it into low power. I am using the STLink-V3PWR module with stm32Cube Monitor Power module.   First of all I placed a known value resistor across the STLink-V3PWR to make sure it is reading the correct value, then tried the following: 1. I am using a MIC5219-3.3YM5-TR from the input with the STLink-V3PWR set to 3.6v.  And on its own it draws 85uA.2. I then added all the resistors and capacitors needed and it measured 96uA.3. I added the STM32L433 and programmed it to first run for approx 5 seconds in normal mode (16MHz), then drop into standby mode. On the output you can see it drop quite a bit, but the lowest current is approx 650uA (far too much current) as you can see on the graph below. 

Posted on March 21, 2016 at 17:25We have a batch of boards in the field where the LSE crystal may be marginal and I'm wondering if there's a way to check for the LSE losing lock after initially being locked.  That is, if on initial clock setup I get a positive response from RCC_GetFlagStatus(RCC_FLAG_LSERDY), but later the LSE stops.I've looked at the RCC_BDCR register and it doesn't seem to change, even if I short out the crystal, but I do see the RTC stop advancing.So is my only option to check for the RTC stopping advancing and use that to flag a problem ?   Thanks in advance

Basically, i cannot transmit anything due to an error with the initialization of the variable current_flags in the file tx_event_flags_get.c . what happens is that when you try and get the value of current_flags = group_ptr -> tx_event_flags_group_current, the value is always 0 and is never updated during the communication killing the transmission. Has this ever happened to anyone? how can i solve it? Thanks

I have purchased STM32H757I-EVL board for working. I have not found SDK for this board. But as one of site suggest downloading STM32CubeH7 package, I did same. In this package I couldn't find example project for STM32H757I-EVL board.So, I have start working with STM32H743I-EVL example code and compile Thread Creation example. Now I am flashing generated .elf file to STM32H757I-EVL board but this application is not working, and LED is not blinking. I have soldered resistor for LED that is only change on board. I have checked schematic for both board and found it is pin compatible. Now I am stuck to go further. Please anyone found this type of issue or help on this. I am new to TouchGFX interface. I am trying to create GUI for the custom LCD hardware of size 240x320 communicating with ILI9341 LCD drivers. The touchgfx builds the code and runs appropriately in the simulator., but the same is not working with the hardware. screen switching with the images in it works absolutely fine but without the text.The MCU in use is STM32U575V.Touchgfx version is 4.24.1The images and font is placed in the internal flash as there is no space constraint for my application. ( Most of the demos or examples use external Flash for images and fonts).Using a custom Font for my application (default font Verdana didnt work as well)so the settings considered are as followsThe *.icf file image 

Hi,    I am using the STM32H7A3 board to implement the virtual serial port function for USB, and I want to use FS mode. However, there is no macro definition related to FS mode in STM32H7a3xx. h. Do I need to manually add it? And I checked the demo in the development package, but there is no demo of H7A3 regarding the virtual serial port. Can you provide it? Currently, I am referring to the USB virtual serial port demo of stm32H743l for porting, following the HS mode, but the computer does not recognize the USB interface.

I don't have experience with the STM board, so I don't know where the problem starts.To check the boards, I'm using some templates from TouchGFX Designer and writing on my board. The problem that I have is that is not working correctly at all. I don't have texts or instead of the graphic (one analog clock), for example, I have just a white square. Also, if I load an image and try to display it, it's just a white square on the display ( after I write the program).If I'm usind text, on the display I have pixel problems.Can I have some advice, please?Thank you!Alex

As the title, I can't get the difference between the Model and ModelListener.From what I've understood the Model class is used to get and store/send the data coming between the phisical part of the microcontroller (i.e. peripheral) and the GUI. The ModelListener instead is the interface that checks if these data have been updated and inform specific Presenters when needed.I have kind of understood the documentation provided here but, first of all, why in the Model.cpp it checks if modelListener != 0?I can't understand where and how modelListener takes its value.I've checked the E-Bike Demo and the process of passing data from the M

HelloI am creating a program using STM32C031.Before entering while(1) when powering up, I would like to use HAL_I2C to retrieve EEPROM data from the IC, and then start the USART1 and USART2 receive interrupts and the SPI1 transmit interrupt.However, in my current program, after reading data with I2C, I intend to enable the USART1 receive interrupt, but it is not enabled, and USART1 reception does not start. By the way, the USART2 and SPI1 interrupts start normally.Furthermore, if I switch the order of the I2C read function (rfid_check()) and the USART1 interrupt enable command(huart1.Instance->CR1 |= 0x20;), the USART1 interrupt will also work normally. However, in this design, I do not want the USART interrupt to work while I2C is running.
