Hi,From yesterday, after selecting the example firmware for STM32WBA55G-DK1, in the final step of the process, the new warning is coming, saying "failed to perform local copy ". Kindly help me to resolve this issue.Thank You. 

I am new to STM cube ide. I was searching for the beginner friendly steps for this IDE.But unfortunately, the available tutorials are for previous versionHow do I get started to this?Do I install the older version?

Hello colleagues.My first post here...I have seen somewhere in youtube tha it is possible to provide URL to the specific Github location and use code from there as a library or some sort of included component. It has to be special file in Github serving as a "link" or index. Unfortunately, I forgot where I hve seen that and cannot find way to do that.  Any pointers ? Thanks.  

Hi,After updated to STM32cubeIDE 1.18.00 I get these as errors. I have installed the latest IDE in my windows 7 laptop. The installation was successful. When I open the application, I face the following error: An error has occurred. I'm trying to find the cause of a hard fault in my code. The problem repeatedly appears after a few or more minutes after starting the  code, sometimes not at all, sometimes every time at close startup after enabling interrupts, and somethimes after a few seconds, as if it were dependent on the compilation. Somethimes watchdog re-runs code.CubeIDE, STM32G0 I tried debugger IDE and here apears something like this:

Hi! I have Linux Mint 22.2. How can I configure CubeIDE colors so that all windows have a white background? Various combinations of Windows->General->Appearance settings allow you to achieve a maximum white background for all windows except the one where you edit the code.Version CubeIDE 2.2.0

HiDeleted all my first attempts, wanted a new clean start.Then imported the "Templates" part of the ST provided "stm32cubec0-v1-4-0" examples.But it won't run nor build (greyed out).It says "The selection cannot be launched, and there are no recent lauches" (See attached)I've been looking through to make one but with no luck.The built in Help is not providing anything.

I know this sounds super nitpicky, but the app icon on macOS is not sized per Apple's human interface guidelines.Can you fix the app icon on macOS so it looks like all other macOS apps?Thanks!

I've been beating my head for a while trying to use OpenOCD to download my program to the chip, and I'm getting error messages which cite a write algorithm error (errors attached below). I'm not really too sure what I'm doing wrong, and would greatly appreciate any help and insight with resolving this!TL;DR. Hello,I moved an existing project from 1.14 to 2.0.0. To be clear I created a new workspace, then a new project in 2.0.0 in order to prevent any non relevant bit taken from 1.14 (at the project level) and copied only the source files from 1.14 to 2.0.0. The linker file comes from 2.0.0, as well as the startup file (which is not relevant here).When I compile I get the error that elf has LOAD segment with RWX permissions. The linker file has the READONLY moniker where they are needed, but I have 3 functions that are running from RAM, with __attribute__ ((section(".RamFunc"))). Obviously these are executables, so it is expected to have RWX in the .data section, where .RamFunc resides.How can I get rid of this warning, please ?Even though it is not relevant, the MCU is an STM32G0B1CB.

When I change variables from live expression and other areas during Prohe debug, I get the error "Failed to read all registers from target" and unfortunately I couldn't find a solution. I am using the latest version of stm32cube 1.18.1. There was no such jata before!  I am using Stm32f767zi processor. I tried with both st link v2 and isol version but this error is not resolved.

  I am trying to follow the steps from the community link below and I get an unusual messingabout "missing natures" (see paste below) when I try to open projects from file system.  I tried changingmy workspace location, but still get this message most of the time.  Other FAEs are seeing this issue as well. Any idea what causes this?  The suggestion solution is to install software that I have never heard about before. Hello,In my project, i am using 2 octoSPI devices connected to my STM32H735. (IDE is STM32CUbeIDE V1.19.0)After migrating the Project to STM32CubeMX 6.15.0 it is not possible to configure the octoSPI in Multiplexed Mode anymore. The existing config from V6.14.1 and below is automatically removed during the migration and can not be set/activated again.Is there any issue in this Version or am i missing something?best regardsAlexander

I have a ioc file created with Version 1.18.1, that enables only the OCTOSPI2 (and some RCC and clock settings).Importing this file (see attachmend) the OCTOSPI2 gets disabled, further more it is non longer possibile to re-enable it as QUAD-SPI!If added with out migration the IOC it is working as before.

I used STM32CubeIDE a long time ago but then switched to another IDE. Now for some reasons I try to use again STM32CubeIDE. I want to keep my build system (command line based on makefile and arm-none-gcc) and use the IDE only for debug. Environment is windows + STM32CubeIDE v1.10 (I know it's old but I am not admin of my machine).I created a "STM32 project" and linked it to my source directory tree then I went to Debug Configurations > STM32 C/C++ Applications > New configuration. The first problem I had is that it doesn"t find the project, so I had to browse directly for the .elfThen I disabled autobuildAnd I've got the message "unsupported build configurations, MCU ARM GCC required for debug". ARM-GCC was not included in this version of STM32CubeIDE ?Am I doing it wrong ?

Hi,i have a confusing problem, i have a simple routine to compute values and it needs to return the result as a double. just before the return the value is correct but the calling routine does not get passed this value. i know there can be some alignment issues with double variables. i am using STM32CubeIDE Ver 1.18.1 To overcome i simple create a global variable and assign this the right value and it all works. however why am i not able to return the double value?any help appreciated.Mark
