Hi Team, We are using the STM32H753VIH6 in our design. We are connecting the Realtek RTL8364 through RMII interface.Connections are in the attachment and we have validated link between the two.I have captured the waveforms , but the voltage span looks incorrect(going beyond 3.3V)  because the STM is powered by 3.3V. Need inputs to capture proper waveforms. ThanksManikandan R

I am trying to upload the code to my target STM32F407 but below error is showing up. I tried some of suggestions but problem is still there. I am using Version: 1.15.1.   Debug log file also attached. 1) Doing Mass Erase of flash,2) Updating ST Link Firmware3) Set Reset Behavior: None4) Uncheck Enable Live Expressions Update:   I moved to STM32Cube programmer instead of using STM32cubeide, and able to upload the code after reducing ST-Link Frequency to 15Khz. I am trying to control a 24V PMSM type motor using ST Motor Control Workbench version 6.3.1 with the FOC. I use the position control method as the control method. Tuning PID parameter is given in AN5464.Although i tried to tune the PID parameters manually in accordance with demonstration code given in AN5464, par. 5.8, motor starting to oscillate when i try to rotate motor in multi-turn (for example 4-turn, 8 * PI radian). So i am trying to use a software tool like STM32CubeMonitor in order to tune PID parameters.I have the following questions:Is there any application note/document which describes PID parameter tuning using STM32CubeMonitor? If yes, can you share with me?If the answer of first question is no, which variables/structure elements should be paid most attention in STM32CubeMonitor for a good PID tuning? I'm using STM32H743VGT6 QSPI drive an AMOLED screen. AMOLED read sequence need IO0 line send and receive data.(Picture 1) But I checked the H743 Reference manual, it says in the single mode, IO0 just output, not input.(Picture 2) How do I fix to make sure the IO0 data received?

I'm working on a project using TouchGFX Designer v4.25.0 with the NUCLEO-H503RB board and GFX01M2 display module. The firmware is based on STM32Cube FW_H5 V1.5.0 and V3.0.6 on the touchGFX project versionThe main idea of the project is to communicate by CAN and to display the information received in a text on the screen.Here's is the issue: when I enable peripherals like CAN, UART1 or UART2 via STM32CubeMX, and generate the code, text stops displaying on the screen.Although the rest of the graphical elements are displayed. Hi ST team,I am using STM32G474RE+IHM08M1 NUCLEO board with FOC library with HALL feedback.Please find the ST Motor Pilot software tool snapshot after interfacing. for your reference. We have profiled the motor using motor profiler software and used the same motor profiler output to configure the project using ST motor control workbench. Observation:Image2, I have a problem with producing initial Torq on motor coils, as seen from the image attached below I found Torq reference is set to 8A but measured value ranged from +1A to -1A, which is way below the reference value. When I turn the wheel(external force), wheel is automatically picking the reference Torq at that point. I have tried tweaking the Iq and  These are my questions: 1. What are the common causes of the Startup torq issues in a motor controllers(HALL +FOC)?2. How to tune Iq and Id loops to find the right parameters of Kp and KI?&nbsp

I want to connect my STM32H573I-DK to Azure IoT Hub via MQTT over websocket to avoid firewall complications.For that I am using STM32CubeExpansion_Cloud_AZURE_H5_V1.1.0 project (https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/x-cube-azure-h5.html). I added NXD_MQTT_OVER_WEBSOCKET to the preprocessor and added ../../../../../../../Middlewares/ST/netxduo/addons/websocket path to include paths to activate MQTT over websocket.  I still got connection issues: [ERROR] IoTHub client connect fail: MQTT CONNECT FAIL status: 65541Disconnected from IoTHub!: error code = 0x00010005Reconnecting iothub, after backoffI debugged it to see that the nx_tcp_socket_receive throws an error 56.  Is there any explanation on how to use MQTT over websocke

Hi, there; I am migrating the DCMI from stm32h743 to stm32u575, on the stm32h743 chip, I can make the dcmi work perfectly, but on the stm32u575 chip, I cannot make the DCMI work, neither the GPDMA for DCMI. Anyone met the same issues? Does stm32g4 HRTIM support generate phase shift full bridge PWM with Peak current mode control, including peripherals HRTIM ,DAC,CMPx ?

When I use usbuser to power the Nucleo-H563ZI board, I have add jumper in the usbuser at JP2.Then ld5 and ld7 light up, but the mcu firmware doesn't start properly. I need to add jumper in the CHGR at JP2 then the mcu firmware can start. According to the manual, isn't it only necessary to jumper the usbuser, why is this happening? 

Hi, I am curious one thing when using the HAL libraries. Just as an basic exapmle i assign LED1 to PB12 pin of STM32F070CBT6 as an GPIO_output. And i want to use HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOB, LED1, LED1_SET); instead of HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOB, GPIO_PIN_12, GPIO_PIN_SET); . Do you think it is weird that i want to use my variables like that with HAL libraries? Second thing is (if it is not weir or inappropriate), should i define my definitions as "definitions.c" or "definitions.h"? When i make some search, .c file is not recommended. I am not sure if i do all these steps with my ST microcontroller and it works well.

sub: Power Supply Review for STM32U5A5QJI6Q in our SchematicHi, I’m currently working with the STM32U5A5QJI6Q microcontroller and would appreciate some help reviewing the power supply section of our schematic. Specifically, we are unsure whether it’s correct to leave the following pins unused:VDDUSB – We are not using the USB functionality, so we haven’t connected this pin. Is this fine, or do we need to connect it to any power source?VDDA – We are not using the analog features of the MCU and haven’t connected this pin. Should we tie it to VDD or leave it unconnected (or is there another recommendation)?Could anyone take a look at the power supply area of our schematic and let us know if everything looks correct, or if we should make any changes?

Hello,I am running into a weird behavior where EE_ReadVariable32bits call in EEPROM EMULATION library fails when optimization is turned on with Os setting. With Os setting it works only once after full chip erase and fails to read (resets) after any subsequent resets. With O0 (no optimization) it seems to work just fine.I am using STM32H562 with STM32 Cube IDE.Any idea how i can debug this issue? Thank You,NC

Hello, I am currently working with a STM32 development board that I am using to power (and code) a PCB that has an stm32 chip. So far, it has been working properly but I recently connected the PCB to a display (Newhaven display: LINK) and now the "overcurrent" LED is lighting up on the STM32 development board. Once I disconnect the display, it goes back to normal. Please refer to the pictures attached below. Additionally, please note that the display doesn't turn on and idk if it is due to the "overcurrent" issue. I am using a FFC Jumper cable and I'm pretty sure that it is connected properly. Hi everyone, I’ve been following the official ST guide for setting up USB Power Delivery (PD) Sink on an STM32 device, as outlined here: Getting started with USB-Power Delivery Sink. I successfully compiled and flashed the firmware onto my NUCLEO-G071RB board. When I tried connecting my setup (NUCLEO-G071RB + X-NUCLEO-SNK1M1) to an external monitor via USB-C to test the power delivery negotiation, I encountered an issue: `ERROR with Trace_Notif :78`.The issue can be caught when debugging using STM32CubeMonitor-UCPD.I've attached the whole trace.Kind regards,Vlado

Hi ,I am using STM32G4 to receive USART data from external interface and USART buffer overrun when USART interrupt conflicts with Flash Erase operation. As mentioned in STM32G4 Reference manual , in single bank mode, any read operation while writing/erasing flash stalls the bus until current flash operation is complete. To mitigate this performed following,Moved ISR handler and subroutines invoked inside ISR to SRAMMoved Interrupt Vector table to SRAM     After all these changes , USART buffer still overruns when it conflicts with Flash erase operationRequest you to share your views.Regards,Hareesha

Hi, I’m programming on stm32cubeide and I’m using a H755ZI-Q microcontroller.I have a small problem with serial communication:Through usart, I try to display the data of EVERY project on putty.But I have several problems: the communication is only successful through USART3, using as active the "default" PINs like TX and RX, that is PD8 and PD9.So this happens: with these two pins configured print, but with other pins (such as PB10 and PB11 which from the datasheet have configuration USART3_TX and USART3_RX) on putty no printing takes place.Also with all other USART/UART, printing does not take place.Can you help me? I could make a mistake or is there a function to be coded in order for the communication to take place?Simon.

For my project I am using the LPUART on an STM32U545 and 585, currently I am using the normal GPDMA and this works like a charm in normal run mode. However I want to be in STOP1 and receive UART communication. As per the reference manual the GPDMA is active when clocked. But when I clock the DMA in stop it still does not work and I get overrun issues.When changing to the LPDMA with the same settings I get no data whatsoever.DMA settings:
