Hello, everyone. I try to use standby mode and use RTC to wake up but I found that after wake up everything was reset. How can I avoid RTC reset after wake up? I want it to keep running.

Helloi need some help in transfering 24 bit 3 channel adc captured data via uart. SPI based ADC sampling rate is 4ksps i.e. I get dataready interrupt at every 256usec . The total bits per second would be then 4000x9x8 equals 288000.Can anyone help me with how can i transfer this via uart? (MCU - stm32l476 at 48MHz)Thanks in advance.

I use STM32H562 and/or STM32H503 (nucleo board). When try in loop only this line: while (1) {   GPIOB->ODR ^= GPIO_PIN_6;     } The frequency on pin is only 12.5 mhz. Hello members,I have problem with functionality of DMA data stream for ADC3 peripheral. I have H743ZIT controller. ADC1 with DMA is fully and properly working for each channel. I have placed ADC data array to RAM_D2 section for ADC1. For ADC3 I have used RAM_D3 section which should be proper for BDMA implementation. ADC3 seems to work good - because I see changes in DR register, but DMA transfer error occur immediately after HAL_DMA_IRQHandler is executing. Exactly this case is true:"else if (((tmpisr_bdma & (BDMA_FLAG_TE0 << (hdma->StreamIndex & 0x1FU))) != 0U) && ((ccr_reg & BDMA_CCR_TEIE) != 0U))"It leads to HAL_DMA_ERROR_TE error code.

I am designing a motor controller using STM32G030c8t6. but while connecting it to battery, if positive terminal gets connected to the battery before the negative terminal, then a voltage spike (of the voltage of battery) occurs on the board and it appears on Tx pin (PB6) which is damaging the microcontroller. But due to some mechanical limitations, there is no way to ensure that the negative terminal of battery gets in contact to battery first. Is there any way to protect board from this spike electrically.I tested this on a reference board which has another microcontroller (XCM - V NRFYT 2147), and on it the same spike appears on the microcontroller pins but the microcontroller survives. Is there any microcontroller from ST family that can survive this spike? I was not able to find any datasheet for this microcontroller, but in this link https://www.yoycart.com/Pr

Hi AllI want write on the SDMMC using HAL_SD_WriteBlocks_DMA system call. The function itself works, the sector on the SD is written, but no callback function (HAL_SD_TxCpltCallback) is called.Did someone experienced such trouble ?Thanks  

Hi,I would like to know what is max number of SPI slaves I can connect to a single SPI bus of STM32F779? I understand that using the chip select pin I can select respective slaves to operate. But is ther eany recommendation from ST that ideally , I should not exceed this number due to various factors like loading etc. I have 6 devices to be connected. Either I will connect all 6 to 1 bus or 3 devices acorss 2 busses.

Hi i m using STM32H750XBH and i would like to remap SPI pin to the following pin out, i m using SPI3 full duplex master, HW NSS output, could anyone advise is this is feasible? Or i need to following the pin out from the standard H750 ioc pin arrangement? PA4 - SPI3_NSSPC10- SPI3_SCKPC11 - SPI3_MISOPC12 - SPI3_MOSI 

I'm bringing up a new board using a STM32H7A3. I've developed, downloaded, debugged and run lots of test programs from the VisualGDB IDE.  Now I'm working on the main application. I can still develop, download, debug and run from VisualGDB but when I exit VisualGDB, power down the board and repower it, the program doesn't seem to start up.  Almost the very first thing the main app does is blink a LED and that's not happening after powering down and powering back up. VisualGDB has a simple HAL based Blinky example built in and as a test, I built this example and it works fine both from VGDB and after powering down and back up.If I set a break point at the first line of code in my main app and look at the disassembled code, it starts running at memory location 0x08020DF8.  The Blinky app starts at 0X08000348.  Both of those memory locations are in the Flash memory space according to the reference manual so I'm pretty sure both programs are running from Flash

I have a question, how do I get the '.ld' link file for Flash, compared to the cmsis_device_f1 library cmsis_device_f4/Source/Templates/gcc/ directory that doesn't contain a `linker/` folder.

The schemes of a production circuit are given to me from another designer for being analyised. PCB board is a STM32F103VC based circuit.When I was looking at the bootloader circuitry scheme I saw how RS232 bus seems to be connected to the UART1 microcontroller port.  This circuitry implements BOOT1 and BOOT0 connections. These pins are two bit combination that allows different boot option, depending of logic levels there. "There is one of the boot option, known as embedded bootloader, that allows FLASH reprograming using UART1 port", datasheet says.Up to here, seems to be clear and correct. But diving a bit more I looked for what pins where exactly connected here, and they were these by one side (RX and TX on P9:P10:( 

I want to be able to continuously adjust the phase of a timer output via input capture on another signal. I do not want the timer to be automatically triggered or reset by the external signal because I want some processing in the loop to determine how to react to the input capture value. The course I am taking right now is to adjust TIMx->CNT. The problem is that I am experiencing somewhat nondetermistic delays in reading/writing the count at my desired timer clock frequency such that something like TIMx->CNT-- or even TIMx->CNT = TIMx->CNT actually adjusts the phase by 8-12 counts based on input capture and scoped output. Is there a better way to more deterministically down- or up- adjust the timer count than essentially reading and writing back the CNT value? 

HelloLet's assume I have a TVP5150 device connected to a STM32H7 MCU. The TVP5150 transmits PAL frames as YUV. This means 2 bytes per pixel.This results in 720x576 * 2 = 829.440KB per frame. In reality, there is pretty sure the need for double buffering. So I guess I need ~1.65MB to store/cache frames.There is SDRAM Support for STM32H7 allowing to connect e.g. a 64Mbit SDRAM.Is this a "supported" setup? Can I use DMA to transfer data of the TVP5150/Camera Interface into SDRAM? Will the SDRAM and STM32H7 be fast enough for such kind of operation?The STM32H7 should also be able to encode these frames into JPEG/MJPEG.  

I have the NUCLEO-L433RC-P development board and looking for some code that will allow me to read and write to a micro SD card, but I can't seem to find anything in the example code for this processor.I found some SD card example code but they were for a different processors and I don't know how to change the processor to an STM32L433How can I get some software that will allow me to use an SD card with this development board ?

I'm trying to create a program that receives 4 bytes long strings from my pc and transfer them through an spi connection to a peripheral device, throught a usb connection.I've set my stm32 nucleo board up as a usb device and generated the required file. The thing that i noticed though is that i could use the cdc_transmit_hs function inside the main.c super loop, if declared as extern, but i couldn't do the same with the receive counterpart. I am using the NUCLEO-G071RB, STM32CubeIDE (v1.14.0), and the HAL library STM32Cube_FW_G0_V1.6.2 for prototyping firmware that should communicate with an external device using UART single-wire, half-duplex communication.The expected startup response from the device is 0x73xxxxxx, which works after a full power-cycle (power off/on). However, after a software reset using the HAL function NVIC_SystemReset(), the startup response has a leading zero byte: 0x0073xxxx, which invalidates the packet and causes communication to fail.Question:How to prevent the leading zero byte? Does a software reset require an additional command to flush the UART RX buffer?Thank you!

I am developing a device using the nucleo-f429zit6 evaluation board as a reference. This device has an Ethernet communication function, and the Ethernet communication function was tested by directly connecting this device to the server using a cross-Ethernet cable. Currently, after a command is delivered to the device from the server, the response from the device arrives at the server late. As an example, I checked the server's response to a ping command, and the initial response took about 2 seconds. I'd like to know how to improve this response so that it comes out quickly, within 1 second. The current device's slow Ethernet communication response speed

Hi, We are trying to run a signal integrity simulation of STM32H747IGT6 in Altium Designer. However, all of the reflection waveforms for signals driven by the device are around 0 volts (basically noise, no driver). We've noticed there is some errata for other IBIS models in this product family. Are there any known issues with this IBIS model? Or can someone recommend a remedy? We are using "stm32h747_757_lqfp176.ibs" downloaded from: https://www.st.com/en/microcontrollers-microprocessors/stm32h747ig.html#cad-resources.Thanks!

Hi! I am configuring DMA to generate a PWM signal to control addressable LEDs with an STM32563VGTx MCU.My issue arises when generating the PWM signal using DMA. When calling the "HAL_TIM_PWM_Start_DMA" function, it executes without any errors, and the finished callback is triggered, indicating the completion of the data transmission. However, i am not able to see the data displayed on the logical analyzer.I have verified the signal generated with a logic analyzer, and at all times, the signal remains at 0. I believe the error is not so much in the code but in the configuration of DMA and PWM.Thanks for your help.This is my GPDMA configuration:
