Project is using fixed GCC 4.92014q4.After updating STM32CubeIDE to version 1.14.0 i got warnings shown below.Compiler option "Cyclomatic Complexity" is disabled.File "subdir.mk" contains this rule:# Each subdirectory must supply rules for building sources it contributes Src/%.o Src/%.su Src/%.cyclo: ../Src/%.c Src/subdir.mk How to remove this warnings?

Hi,I just noticed that CubeProgrammer v1.21.0 always shows me an update notification, but it is already the latest.Restarting the Cubeprogrammer or the operating system does not make any difference. Environment:- Windows 11- I have installed v1.21.0 alongside v1.20, but that should not make any difference, or would it?

Since there is no caregory to post for the MCU Finder tool I'm posting here. On Windows, the stand-alone app, as well as the Android app, do not show any content when filtering by the H5 range in the series field. Could this please be fixed? It's been like this for multiple months now. Thanks.

Hello, I am beginner with STM32.I have some radiosonde boards with an STM32L051R6T6. I use STM32CUBE IDE V2.0.0When I start a project, select the appropriate MCU, there is no Core directory and no ".IOC" file.So, it is impossible to access to the GPIOs.I've tried some ways to do that and allways unseccessfull. Please, have you an idea ? NoticeI use also an STM32F103C8T6 board.  I've create my own GPIO lib, my own I2C lib,  and I can compile, flash, debug and run my program. Hello,I'm using the STM32N657 on a new project, and its not clear how users are supposed to setup GPIOs that are used in different domains (FSBL, Application, ExtMemLoader).  For example I am using pin PN12 as a LED output and defined it in FSBL.  Why doesn't this definition carry over to the other domains, and how can I get CubeMX to carry it over to the other domains? thanksMatthew   

I have a project where if I right click on the project in the project explorer, the IDE just hangs. I've tried opening the project in a different workspace, so it's not (I think) a workspace issue. Other workspaces/projects are just fine. Anyone experienced this? Know of a way to fix it? v1.16 on Mageia Linux, using KDE, not using Wayland. Thanks.  

I have setup STM32 VSCode extension on my PC and it is amazing. The only problem that I have encountered is that it is not possible to run the code without debugging. I removed the "runToEntryPoint": "main" line in launch.json. But every time I launch the code it attaches a debugger. How can I simply run the code without debugging? Thank you,Damiano

After several days of wasted time trying to understand what was causing this issue, I finally realized that if I use the add_library() command in a CMake file, the build analyzer tool, without any reasonable explanation, searches for the *.map file with the wrong name. Specifically, if my VSCodeSTM32 project is located in the my_folder directory, then the build analyzer tool looks for the file my_folder/build/Debug/my_folder.map instead of my_folder/build/Debug/project_name.map.I ran into this problem because our project is generated by STM32CubeMX, which uses the add_library() command several times in the cmake/stm32cubemx/CMakeLists.txt file.This is the piece of code that is causing this issue in my main CMakeLists.txt (look in the attached project)################################################################################################################ if(true) # <-- Use false to fix this BUG set(STM32

Hello,I’ve noticed a difference in behavior between STM32CubeMX configurations for STM32H7 and STM32N6 series.On STM32H7, when configuring CAN bit timing, the parameters such as Nominal Time Quantum, Nominal Time for one bit, and Nominal Baud Rate update dynamically based on the settings.On STM32N6 (using STM32CubeMX v6.16.0), these values remain constant. For example, even when using the official STM32 example with a nominal bit rate of 1 Mbit/s, CubeMX still shows a fixed value of 1000 bit/s and does not adjust the timing parameters.

I have an ST32CubeMX project for a STM32H7 mcu generated with STCubeMX 6.4 and using STM32Cube FW_H7 V1.9.1 where the project files are generated via cmake. Now I want to use STM32Cube FW_H7 V1.12.1, but apparently, in order to be able to generate the new files, I have to migrate the project to STM32CubeMX 6.16.1:The problem is that, once I click in "Migrate", it removes two important lines from my code:

Hello,I was playing around with different versions of MCU and I've notice STM32H7B3LIH has no Graphic Accelerator mentioned in Product Selector.But as soon as I'm selecting it in CubeMX I can enable DMA2D in Multimedia.And think there are more MCUs with Chrome-ART Graphic Accelerator which are not correctly shown in Product Selector.

Hello,Does anyone know how to setup the clock source for the N657 processor?  I want to use an oscillator for the HS clock input and setup HSE = Bypass clock source...using Bypass clock it should only use PH0 (clock in) and free up the PH1 pin (clock out).  But it seems the IDE / cubeMx always wants to use both pins regardless of the clock configuration.

I'm encountering a persistent issue when setting up an STM32Cube project in VS Code. Even when reverting to a previously working commit or starting a fresh setup from scratch (using the "Setup as an STM32Cube project" button), the process fails.The following error message appears:"Cube project discovery CMake configure step failed. I used to work with Nucleo board STM32G474 and programm them. Recently I can not open the file to programm my devices. I looks a window problem.I installed again all the ST Tools but the problem remain.I can not open files.

Hi everyone, I’m new to STM32 development and need some help configuring CLion for working with STM32 microcontrollers. I have installed STM32CubeMX (version 6.13.0) and am trying to generate a project for my STM32F411CEU6 microcontroller. However, I’m encountering an issue where the Eclipse launcher fails to work, and I can’t proceed further. I’m using macOS Sequoia (version 15.2). The HSEM option is not found in "System Core" in STM32CubeMX (version 6.15), and the configuration option for HSEM interrupt is only found in NVIC. How to configure HSEM in STM32CubeMX. When I selected the LL library environment, the generated source code did not import the HSEM LL library header file. How to solve these two problems? If it is not possible to configure and import the HSEM related library files into the project file in STM32CubeMX, please let us know.
