STM32 MCUs Software development tools

I have a STM32F3DISCOVERY, STM32CubeIDE, Windows11.After writing the program to STM32F3DISCOVERY and turning on the debug and canceling the break, I still have to do a RESET. Is it possible to set STMCubeIDE so that I do not have to RESET?

I am New to the STM32H723Z controller. I want to enable and disable the JTAG-DP pins temporarily by using code. Any sample code or clue appreciated .

Using a custom board with an STM32F769 I had successfully interfaced to an eMMC with the HAL-MMC driver. The limitations of the driver's ability to query the extended CSD were clearly noted on this forum. I implemented my own routines to retrieve this information and correct the block sizes (after HAL_MMC_Init call). After upgrading to F7 FW v1.16.1 (released mid February) I noticed this functionality had been added to the driver itself so I removed my version. The out of the box driver fails when calling MMC_ReadExtCSD() from HAL_MMC_GetCardCSD() with a command timeout (CTIMEOUT) error. After quite a bit of debuggin I compared the driver to the STM32L series driver and noticed in that version the SDMMC_CmdSelDesel() call was made prior to HAL_MMC_GetCardCSD(). After making the modification the code runs successfully. I'm by no means an SDMMC expert but I believe this fix needs to be made in the next firmware release. I'm new to ST32 series, I bought a NUCLEO-L476RG and a B-L475E-IOT01A to get started. When I plug in either of these boards, it installs itself as a ST-Dongle and ST-Virtual COM port. I had installed STM32cube in my desktop with windows 10.But when do the update manager, it does not work and shows that server connection is error.But I saw the update information was refreshed 17767 days and it is very strange.Thanks a lot.Saumine

I am using STM32F103C8T6.Using TIMER 1 channel 1 for complementary PWM generation using HAL with DMA array .But i also want to update CCR value when half of DMA buffer is done.i.e something like if( array_index < array_size ) CCR1 = array[x];else CCR1 = ARR - array[x];Now in STM32 CUBE MX I cant locate where CCR is set in HAL function.If you can tell , it will be of great help.Or if there is another method to do so.THANK YOU.

I can't seem to get the build analyzer to show mamory usage in the "memory regions" ?Sometimes it shows, but usually not. What am I doing wrong ? Or what shall I do to get it show the memory usage always ?

Hello, I have a problem with the X-CUBE-EEPROM expansion package being corrupted every time I download it. Currently, I am working on EEPROM emulation on the STM32G0, I could not find examples either on the ST website or on GitHub. Hello Community,We have an issue on a design with an MCU STM32F733ZE on a custom electronic board, we don't manage to program it through STM32Cubre Programmer ("No STM32 found"). We observed that the power consumption is very low, less than 0.1mA so we assume that the MCU doesn't turn ON, we observed that the SWDIO pin is on 3.3V permanently and we couldn't drive to low level when connected to the ST-link programmer, and the level doesn't change even if we put the NRST pin to low level. On the design side, PDR pin was first floating, a resistor was not mounted, but now the resistor is mounted, the MCU behaviour doesn't change. So we wanted to know, what is the expected consumption when the MCU is powered up for the first time ? What happen if the PDR pin was floating when first power up ? The NRST pin level seems to no have any impact on the MCU, no consumption changing, no internal voltage reference change (We measure 1.1V on the internal voltage ref).Be

Having an issue trying to view multiple thread contexts with CubeIDE RTOS kernel awareness. Hello everyone,I have a question about how to update Includes folder in a downloaded example from STM32 CubeMX.Currently, I am working with LoRaWAN_End_Node example downloaded from STM32 CubeMX for the board Nucleo-WL55JC1. This Error shows up on various Places in the Memory. I can access the Memory through the Memory Browser, but unfortunately there is no Disassembly Interpretation like in the Disassembly Window. This Errors occurs mainly on SRAM Memory, not in Flash. And it really slows down the Code Execution while Debugging, because it tries to fetch the Data the whole Time and blocks the Debugging itself.Would be nice if there is a Fix for this.
