STM32CubeIDE (MCUs)

Hi. I was using STM32CubeIDE 1.14.0 until yesterday.Build Analyzer worked fine in 1.14.0, but after updating to 1.15.0 using the update feature provided by CubeIDE, nothing is displayed in Build Analyzer. The build was successful and the <project>.map file was created, but the Build Analyzer information was not displayed, and I uninstalled and reinstalled CubeIDE, but it was the same. 

hello, I have started a project where I have to use SPI, USART, and some modified labeled GPIOs in the nucleo-H755ZI-Q (nucleo-144). Whenever I configure the GPIOs in my ioc file and click generate code. My Cube IDE is not auto-generating code for my modified GPIOs. i have checked again and again there is no option for selecting the core for GPIO_output. Has anyone ever encountered such a problem? For reference, I will attach my project file.  1. I have used Cube MX for generating the IOC file and then imported it into Cube IDE. It did not work.2. I have repair reinstalled my Cube IDE. No use, did not work. 3. I have downloaded and installed the upgraded version 1.18.1. still facing the problem.4. I have downloaded and installed the 1.16.0 version. still facing the same problem.

There is the problem for STM32Cube FW_C0, i need to use v1.1.0 because in v1.2.0 its no able to set PA9/PA10 as uart on my chip but i cant to select v1.1.0 which installed on my PC. 

Hello, I am using the STM32 nucleo-h753zi board. Is it possible to use zephyr within STM32CubeIDE exclusively? I have tried;https://docs.zephyrproject.org/latest/develop/tools/stm32cubeide.html  and it hasn't worked yet.

HI,Just notifying this as a solution if someone else has the same problem.By no apparent reason, the columns of IAC page on .ioc configuration editor running on CubeIDE become uselessly narrow (see image below). Restart the IDE did not help. Other pages show normally. In CubeMX this does not happen.The solution is to move the separator bar between the project hierarchy panel and editor panel to left. Apparently the IAC page does not handle the width scaling correctly (other pages on that tab do that nicely).Cheers, heke 

I am using Stm32 N657X0-Q board with a stm32cubeide version 1.18, started with creating new project-> gave name-> selected appli in project structure-> selected gpio pin PA5 as output -> and generated code but in code generation under core-> there is no related files inside src and inc folders. can you help me in how to use this board. 

Hello I have a question.The '0' s instead of 0xFFFFFFFF in the memory is something that really occurs on the flash memory or it is a value that appear because the stm32cubeide is not able to read all the position of the memory, or in other words, the IDE is unable to confirm that the memory is empty.  Thanks a lot.

I am attempting to debug code on a Necleo-U385RG-Q board using STM32CubeIDE V1.18.1 under Windows 11. I beleive that under \plugins\com.st.stm32cube.ide.mcu.externaltools.openocd.win32_2.4.100.202501161620\tools there should be a scripts directory that contains cfg files for ST-Link V3 and my board. However, there is no scripts directory anywhere in the installation. Nor is there for my STM32Cube Programmer installation. When setting up the debug configurations I am able to select ST-Link GDB Server as a debug probe. This does get the board's serial number. However, because of the missing files I expect to see in the scripts directory, I get nothing when selecting ST-Link OpenOCD. I believe I should put the path to the cfg files under OpenOCD options.

Hello,I haven't seen anyone else bring up this issue on here. I am trying to use the HAL ADC and USB at the same time but whenever i use HAL_ADC_Start_DMA() the USB becomes unrecognized by my computer. When I comment out the line that the HAL_ADC_Start_DMA() call is on the program works fine. When I write 1 at the position of EXTI0 (6) in the ISER of the NVIC, the value is written to both ISER0 and ICER0. What is the problem ? related to stm32f103c6t6.

Hi.I add the "x-cube-eeprom-v8-0-0" library to my project manually:I create folder Middlewares and copy sources the  folder as expected,I specify the paths in the project settings,I uncheck the "Delete previously generated files when not re-generated" on the Project Manager tab in Device Configuration Tool,but the folder is still deleted when regenerating after changing the any settings in ioc.What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I want to get data from an ADC connected externally through SPI DMA whenever data ready pin is set. I want to do it without any interrupt handler, since our firmware have already loaded with other stuffs. I have tried the synchronisation of SPI DMA with GPIO EXTI trigger. It works when I configure SPI DMA in circular mode only.Because synchronisation doesn't triggers the SPI DMA it just syncs the process. I can't find any options to trigger the SPI DMA with timer or any event.How to trigger SPI DMA through GPIO EXTI event? Is that possible in STM32G4 series?. Thank you!     

I just installed the latest STM32CubeIDE 1.18.1 on a mac Studio M2 running Sequoia 15.5.  The default GNU make on the machine is /usr/bin/make, version 3.81.  The IDE is clearly creating makefiles for a later version of make, because building applications in the IDE errors out with "**** multiple target patterns" on a make rule that lists the elf and map files as targets.  I have make 4.4.1 installed via brew, but how to tell STM32CubeIDE where to pick it up is buried somewhere and I'm not seeing anything in any documentation.  Does anyone know how to fix this? 

Hello, I am new on the embedded subject, and I need some help.I want to practice I2C communication, so I connected Nucleo-L4P5ZG (master), and MAX6604EVKIT (slave), the general goal is to read registers and send the result via UART.I used the STM32cubeMX to generate the initial code.I used the HAL function " HAL_I2C_Mem_Read"  to read register in address 0x6.Build process went without errors.During debug, when looking at the scope, it seems that the MCU don't change the register address to 0x6, and it is stuck on 0x0.The slave address is correct, and I receive ACK (0 logic).I am attaching the main.c.Do you know what seems to be the problem?ThanksShay 

Hello,I am working on USB Device VCP project but I have problem about defines,index,etc. As you can see below that I have definition of "STM32N655xx" but I can not include "stm32n655xx.h".I tried Index, Rebuild step but it did not fix. On the other hand,
