STM32 MCUs Software development tools

When I use SWV Statistical Profiling and click the "remove all collected SWV-data" (red cross button), when I restart the program, no SWV data are collected. Is there a way to overcome this behavior without having to terminate / restart the debug session?

If i try to use this BSP of the above version and integrate with project generated from Cube IDE then many issues happen. for example problems with STM32H747_Discovery_Camera. Also integrating the touch controller with touchgfx is not working and instead of providing ideas here maybe you try it by your self on some discovery boards and show us or simply back to the older BSP Version.

STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.9.0 Multi channel ADC with DMA cannot use on HAL library.The HAL does not set DMA CCR prorery. MINC, PSIZE and MSIZE are not set any value, (Their all value 0). Can I set them at application program ?

I am using ST microcontroller STM32H745Xi for Rogowski coil current measurement.we are using Rogowski coil for current measurement. we have to detect the transient current .Due to Rogowski coil signal, amplitude is different (higher) at high frequencies(RoCo has derivation signal) in transient fault current signal. Transient signal may have burst of different frequency. Rogowski coil introduces 90 degree phase shift also amplitude of signal increase with frequencyWe want to do integration of current signal from Rogowski coil so that we get exact transient current signal as injected . We have following questions :Are there integration function library to do integration in STM32H745 ? Under linux ubuntu 22.04: Cycling between IDE and CubeMX. When I start the CubeMX from the IDE (via the .ioc file) and change anything in the MX / save it; it trashes the whole project. (Include paths) This works OK in windows, so this is a BUG.Additionally, all my changes are always overwritten when I edit the MX. I have instrumented my code as per the documentation: added dataacq.c and dataacq.h, called DumpTrace(). I do not receive any errors in STM32CubeMonitor however msg.payload.data contains only x values when I use snapshot mode. When I use direct mode there are y values. What could cause this?

Hi, I need to implement certificate verification based on PKCS7. I use STM32CubeIDE build 12015_20220302_0855. I have enabled the MBEDTLS middleware module and I see that some support for mbedTLS is added to the project, but PKCS7 seems to be missing.Anything I can do, or is this simply unsupported?

Moved a design from STM32F745Z to STM32H743Z (rev Y as thats the only thing ever available you know) with the help of CubeMX's "List Pinout compatible MCUs" and for the most part that went dandy except when trying to using PortC!It took me a while to figure this out but PC2 and PC3 (which worked fine in F745Z) did NOT pulse or correctly (or read values) when setting those pin as Digital GPIO on H743ZBacktracked a bit and noticed changes in the way PC2 (PC2_C) and PC3 (PC3_C) are described from TT_a and Analog only functions to a bunch of things in later revs of the datasheets.My #1 request for a future build of CubeMX is to be able to quickly show which pins are FT_x and TT_x. THIS IS CRUCIAL FOR SYSTEM DESING and is NOT something that CubeMX knows at ALL.We need a way to highlight all FT pins, all TT pins, etc. Especially if a pin was FT_x and it changed to TT_x in a subsequent MCU - this is NOT pinout compatible!B

My goal is to transfer the contents of an integer array (8 bits per value) to 8 GPIO pins.Using the CubeMX perspective in the CubeIDE (latest version) I configured the DMA2 to work with Timer1 in the memory to peripheral mode. I am using the STM32 F4 Discovery board (STM32F407VG)I need a Hello World on how to push one value of an array to the GPIO pins. We are trying to sample a 50Hz to 200Hz signal at 50Khz rate, using stm32H7 micro controller, ADC-DMA mode is used. Tried to plot the wave in cube monitor by accessing the corresponding variable. the issue is 50Hz waveform is not reproduced properly, while if the signal frequency is reduced to 1Hz, the waveform is plotted and reproduced perfectly. Till 5Hz the waveform looks fine. Beyond that the waveform is not proper. Tried changing the sampling custom sampling frequency in Cube Monitor beyond 50kHz. But looks like no change. If we need plot signals till 200Hz, how this can be done. We need to sense and plot around 12 ADC channels. Need suggestions, if any settings to be changed in cube monitor or IDE. Tq

When I do a build in STM32CubeIDE 1.9.0 the console window looks like this: But if you scroll up a bit...You can see that the build actually failed. Those errors are real.I could make the window a bit taller I suppose, but shouldn't it stop building when there is an error, and at least show the error and warning count on the very last line?STM32CubeID

The computer has two Solid state drives, C is only 120 Gbytes, D is 1000 Gbytes. Currently the C drive has all the files and programs and is running out of room. What should I do? How can I use the D drive?

Hi,I am using a microcontroller STM32L4R9AII6 on a STM32L4R9I-EVAL board, with IDE STM32CubeIDE (version 1.9.0)I am trying to run a fairly simple code in Debug Mode, that just toggles a LED using some software overlay we developped.It seems that after a determined number of instructions executed, the program get stuck in "Running : User Request" mode. (See picture error1)I've noticed that my main while loop get executed everytime 18 times, and then the program get stuck.I've tried adding somme dummy instructions inside the main while(1) loop, and the program then get stuck before (11 loop executions), as if a pre-determined maximum number of instructions could be ran.The code that is being executed does not seem faulty at all, and have been running pretty well before.When pressing "Suspend" once stuck in the "Running : Use Request", I get the error shown on picture "error2".
