STM32CubeIDE (MCUs)

I have recently Intigrate GithubCopilot in STM32CubeIDE.Issue is I can not able to change font of copilot chat. Its very small and diffuclt to read.I tried all option in fonts and color menu.I am using On Linux(Ubuntu -24.04 LTS)

Split from old thread Debug: "No source available for main()"This is not the same question.Little late to the party but I have the same issue kinda. I switched to other branch in our project and I had the very same result. Then I took all suggested steps and I get when I tried to debug:No source available for "__floatdisf() at 0x800216e" Besides after switching to that branch program compiles just fine but doesn't work. All of this is of some settings that remained in project and weren't covered in git commit, but it's hard to commit every single file in CubeIDE enviroment. All important files were covered like all code files and ioc etc. i always switch when Cube is not running because it also creates issues. Any idea

In iDE version 1.19, there was an STM32 Project creation feature, but it disappeared when I updated to 2.0.

Hi Team, Urgent help required!! Today I have update my CubeIDE to the latest version, before the update i have had several projects saved, but none of it is launching in CubeIDE, when i click on the .IOC file from CubeIDE it opens on CubeMX and when i clock on generate code it says "The Code is successfully generated under :C:/Users/S****** H******/STM32CubeIDE/workspace_1.16.0/Door Module Testing" and as soon as i click on Open Project it goes to CubeIDE and shows main.c file. When I try to open the .IOC in CubeIDE it redirects to CubeMX again, a never ending loop has formed. Attaching screenshots for your review. Someone from ST Electronics please look into my issue and give me a quick fix or a workaround. Regards, Prateek

Hi,I find even I disable Non-Secure Project's "Project References" to the secure one, the secure project still automatically build when I build the Non‑Secure one.And I find the "disable Project References" setting is work only when the 1st time build the Non-Secure Project after STM32CubeIDE open. After the 1st time build, STM32CubeIDE ignores the 'disable' setting.Snaku.

STM32CubeIDE Version: 2.0.0When trying to create a new project from the IOC of another project, I can't find a way to do it. Is this feature lost or BUG ? Thanks in advance.

Hello,i have project with a'n STM32H743II on a custom board. I use a J-Link Plus to debug and download the program, everthing was working fine. When i updated to version 2.0.0  downloading the program elf file failed. I have installed the stm32 cube ide , after creating the project i am get .ioc file for the configuration , i have done reinstall process but i am unable to clear the issue , the ide is opened as the image attached .

I recently updated my stm32cubeide from 19 to 20.0.0 but the .ioc files of my existing projects open as text file not graphical as before. How to fix it to work as before? PS: I mistakenly chose VS-code target and it's not possible to delete the post and repost. I use STM32CubeIDE on Windows and my issue have nothing to do with vs-code (I don't use it whatsoever)   

I've tried this evening to download STM32CubeIDE on 2 different accounts, 2 different computers, a phone, and have reset my computer and also deleted my cookies but still will not download. Nothing happens after I accept the terms and conditions. I have also tried to download as a guest the link from the email still just takes me to the download page but it won't download.

A while ago I auto updated to 2.0.0. Prior to that, I was able to change the repository location. I want to change heap4.c to add a feature.  I want the heap program to tell me, when I ask for memory and I get a Malloc Failure, I want to know the shortfall.  I have a method for this, which works, but involves changing heap4.c.  When I do that, any time I go back to the configuration program to change the IOC file, the program regenerates all files.  Since heap4.c does not have a user section, and certainly not there, the changes are overwritten.I have a similar problem in main.c, but if I can do one source change, I can do others. 

Hi,at this moment I have two projects (BootLoader and Application), but I have some shared files.What is the best solution to share those files? Is it possible to create an 'empty' project, with only those shared files, and make the two projects depending on it?Or is it possible to add a directory, which can be handled by both projects?Thanks in advance.Greetings,ErX

I have been developing successfully with STM32CubeIDE for several years. My current project has been going ok, with lots of in-application debugging, until my latest revision.
