HiI'm building a project from zero and I'm importing all the needed folders manually by going in Project -> properties -> C/C++ General -> Path and Symbols -> Add ...In this way I added all the folder with the needed files. Now, when I build the project I have several errors, as an example: "Undefined Reference to UTIL_TIMER_SetPeriod"However, If I right click on line with error that contains UTIL_TIMER_SetPeriod, the function is correcly showed in its .h file (stm32_timer.h).The point is:- I do have included .....Utilities/timer  folder that contains stm32_timer.h file.- I do have #include "stm32_timer.h" in the .c file that calls the function.- As I said, if I right click on UTIL_TIMER_SetPeriod and open its declaration, the function is corretly found in its .h file.  This issue is happening with several other functions and

Hello,I need to modify an old application which has initially been created with Atollic TrueStudio and was then adapted to an early version of CubeIDE. It's a project from a colleague who has retired.From what I can see so far is that the projects .ioc file was made with a version 6.5 or older (CubeIDE throws an error about it if I try to open it). However, thanks to the project PDF report I was able to recreate the .ioc file with the original device settings. I copied the application sources without modifications and created the project.Unfortunately, the application does not work, so I'm trying to figure out what's going wrong. I want to uncheck X-CUBE-AI component from FSBL, and check it on Application. But I see this message(screenshot is attached), when I am trying to uncheck: "Peripheral STMicroelectronics.X-CUBE-AI could not be removed from "FSBL"What am I doing wrong?

I accidentally flashed faulty code to the board in STM32CubeIDE before building it. Since then, I'm constantly getting a GDB Server Error in STM32CubeIDE.However, when I pull BOOT0 to 3.3V and then back to GND, the board temporarily recovers. I can upload code and debug successfully using Atollic TrueSTUDIO and Keil, but not with STM32CubeIDE.In STM32CubeIDE, I still cannot upload any code to the board — it keeps throwing GDB server connection errors, no matter what I try.I've tried every possible solution I could find, but the issue persists. Can you please help me?

Helloim trying to run the code , but in the CUbeIDE there are multiple files are opening and pointing to some coding , its hazzle , tried to find a direct answer , ow to avoid this jumping file when run the code.

I have Checked the hardware connections and supplies they are fine plus I am also seeing the GPIO toggle.I want to erase the chip firmware so I can start new on my PCB where I can keep the debug pins settings as default.

Is there a built-in way to export or log this data for further analysis (e.g., to a CSV or text file)?     Dear forum members,I work on a project that repeatedly reads 3692 pixel intensity values from a linear CCD pixel-array. The readout process and export of the data via USB is working fine.Now I want to enhance the application by multiplying each pixel value with its specific correction factor to compensate for the individual sensitivity. I struggle to find the right method to import the correction values from a text-file.At first I tried to add a user include file that assigns the float values (in the range 0.90 to 1.10) to the array 'g_PixFactor' that is declared in the 'main.c' file. This approach produces errors like "re-definition of array 'g_PixFactor' ". I also tried to do the declaration and the assignment of the values in the include file, which gave other complaints. My questions are:   - Is the concept of importing values by an include file a workable method to solve my challenge?  

When I copy a project within the IDE, it doesn't update the file references and the IOC file doesn't open. Can we have this fixed asap please?

Hello Board,I hope you are all having a great summer. I am currently trying to configure the 144 devolopment board with the STM32H723zg chip, to run the built in SAI peripheral. Specifically I want to transmit a frame of 256 bits, with 16 slots and slot data size being 16 bit. Hello, all,I'm using STM32CubeIDE to design my first STM32 micro-controller circuit. I've used the tool to assign functions to about 20 pins on the micro-controller so far. Now, I'm at the stage where I'm creating the schematic and connecting external circuitry to the micro-controller pins.Is there an easy way to get a list of the pins I've assigned so far, along with User Labels, so I can go right down the list and wire up the circuits? What I'm doing so far is to keep the STM32CubeIDE open on one monitor and view the pin-out view, and work my way around the chip, wiring pins as I go. Is this the most efficient way to work? Is this how most others do it? I wondered if I was overlooking some built-in function of STM32CubeIDE to perform this task.Thanks for your advice and suggestions.-Kevin 

Dear @Tesla DeLorean and @KDJEM.1 I am using NUCLEO-G491RE board and i want to create external flash loader for W25Q64JVSSIQ QSPI flash memory. I used external loader files from Github and build the .stldr file and placed in CubeProgrammer. when i try to read from 0x90000000 location, i am getting read failure error. I used the below path to create external loader for W25Q64JVSSIQ QSPI flash memory,https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/stm32-external-loader/tree/contrib/Loader_Files/other%20devicesDriver code is working fine since I am able to see the data in memory mapped mode with test code provided in the github link.

 Folks,I suddenly have this weird thing where when I set a breakpoint in the Cube IDE it doesn't work, I don't get the usual blue symbol and I do get the one above. I can't even make out what it's supposed to be to Google it. Anyone seen this and know what's going on please?Thanks!
