Hello.I was having a problem about initializing the LPUART1 on b-l072z-lrwan1 using the built-in CubeMX code generation in STM32CubeIDE.The problem was when I started debugging the code seems to run fine until the execution reaches MX_LPUART1_UART_Init(); The debugger keep prompting "Target is not responding, retrying...Error! Failed to read target status "and then shut down.My question is how to properly initialize the LPUART1? Hello,I am working on json-c and cJSON library in stm32cubeide and it works fine without RTOS. But when I switch to RTOS , both library not working. They are showing different error.json-c :- when I call "json_object_object_add" function, then program stuck in while of _exit Status in syscall.c.cJSON :- It is not stuck anywhere but it could not create any object. It showing null object.Can anyone help me?

I am new to STM32xxxx and STM32CubeIDE/MX. I am using a STEVAL-IDP004V1 board with an ST32F4205RBT. I am trying to do a simple Hello World test program that simply transmits "Hello World!" via UART5 and an ST3485 RS485 chip.The problem is, once the program is run (in debug) one time, the next time I try to debug it, it transmits "Hello World!" followed by a NULL before reaching the default breakpoint in main. That took a whole day to figure out.Code generation puts MX_ADC1_Init before MX_DMA_Init in main sub.The correct order is:MX_DMA_Init();MX_ADC1_Init();Is there a way to ask ST to fix that?

Hi all,i want insert in the project my directory , for organize the code ..The problem is that not compile, because don't recognize the correct path.I think that all set is correct, Set in Paths Symbols the new paththe only way is to insert the complete path, but this is inconvenient because it cannot be carried on another pc. how should I go to give the correct path to the new directories that I am going to insert?

I created a new project using STM32CubeIDE and encountered a strange problem with the folder structure.The project ended up with "Src" and "Inc" folders off the project's root folder. But it also generated a "Core" folder - with "Inc" underneath that.The two different "Inc" folders have files with the same name. Meanwhile, the project settings list the include paths in this form: "../../path"In order to get my project to compile, I had to manually trim off the extra "../" from each of those path entries.Anyone have an idea on what may have happened to me? And how I can get back to sanity?Thanks.

I'm trying to get the Azure STM32Cube expansion pack to build targeted against a F413H Nucleo board. Using SW4STM32 ide (importing into the CubeIde gives me errors in the prebuild script which are not very informative), I've successfuly built the SECoreBin and the SBSFU modules. Compilation of the Discovery_azure works, however I'm getting a failure in the postbuild processing. Hi,I am currently working on stm32cubeide for my project.Now, there is a need for json in my project. But the json-c library is showing errors whenuse some function of that library in main function. Surprise is that, that function is present in the library and easily navigate to the function, but compiling showing error.Is someone who work on json library in stm32, please help me?

Hello,I am trying to get data of battery in stm32cubeIDE,I have taken voltage and temperature of battery successfully but when i was trying to get current of battery, it shows value like 65535 or 65473....like a garbage value.I am reading current in milli ampere.I also checked value on bqstudio as shown below image and it is (-1103mA),negative sign because it is discharging current.But when i send the register address of current in this same bqstudio,it shows garbage value FBB2 i.e.64434 same as showing in stm32cubeIDE. I have connected load of 5ohm and battery voltage is 3.5v .Please give me any suggestion.

Hi,I am getting an error while trying to debug my new NUCLEO STM32L432KC board. I am using the STM32CubeIDE v1.1.0 on MacOSx Mojave. I did usb keyboard on stm32 with cubeide. I can send keys to PC. I modified mouse example code generated by cubeide mx to get keyboard HID.​Is there a way to detect what key was pressed on physical keyboard with stm32?​ I use firs bit of report to send shift, ctrl, second bit is restricted, third for send keys like "d".

I'm working on a basic project using the B-L475E-IOT01A board. I would like to add the Azure and the SBSFU cube packages to the project, however these don't show up in the IDE under Additional Software. I have the zip files downloaded, is there a mechanism to bring these into the project

I can see various X-CUBE additional software packages on my STM32CubeIDE, but not the EEPROM emulation. Is this available, do I just need to download it somehow?Thanks

We Ported the code from IAR Workbench to STMCUBEIDE after Porting we are having following issues:-1) MCU does not go in to Stop Mode.2) I found execution time is too slow than IAR Workbench.3) We could not find the Terminal I/O to view Printf data.4) Sometime Live Expression Variable shows "failed to execute expressions"If anyone there who knows about that above any point Please let me know. its UrgentThanks

I have ported my source code from IAR to ST CubeIDE.My IAR code is working fine for Sleep mode.But same code is not working for sleep mode in CubeIDE.While debugging i found that it is not going in Sleep mode .Please suggest how can i proceed to make it work.

I have a custom board using a STM32F071VTB processor. I would like to store a small amount of configuration data in flash. The configuration can change during operation so that I need to be able to write to the flash from the executing application running on the processor. The application is written in C/C++ and is being developed on the STM32CubeIDE supplied by ST. I see some documentation discussing how to use the HAL drivers to write to flash but not any real documentation of how to make sure that I don't write over the code/etc stored in the flash.I see the STM32F071BTX_FLASH.ld file but it says that it was auto generated by the IDE and changing it so that it doesn't regenerate and overwrite it.Also documentation of how to use the .ld file seems hard to find. I've used similar type files on Analog BlackFin processors but some of the syntax etc of the .ld file is unfamiliar to me.I only need a small amount of Flash probably 128 bytes would be mo

i used CUBEIDE to config my board's VCP function,but virtual com port always open failed,when the board is running in debug mode.so i used CUBEMX to generate my project again, but this time i generate keil project and everything is ok. so what's the problem?
